| Objective: "ZangXu LuoBi" as the center of this study, the application "BuXu Qu Zhuo TongLuo " method,at the same time, insulin resistance(IR)has improved and intervened mild cognitive impairment with elderly type 2 diabetes(T2DM),further verify the effectiveness and safety. Methods: The first clinical cases all come from Jilin province academy of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient 72 cases, randomly divided into treatment group 36 cases, control group 36 cases.Disease drugs were performed in the two groups always exist, and the treatment group given oral the prescription of “BuXu QuZhuo TongLuo”method, observing two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral,Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),ADAS-Cog scale delayed recall(ADAS-COG-DVR)and Insulin Sensitive Index(ISI)=-In(FPG×FINS),in the change of adiponectin(APN)and leptin(LPN).Results: Two groups before and after treatment clinical curative effect comparison, the treatment group total effectiveness 52.8%,better than that of control group 2.8%,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).TCM syndrome integral comparison, treatment group in a forgetful demeanor, palpitation, insomnia, less gas lazy words, lumbar debility, dizziness tinnitus, night to urinate, head like a wrap, headache such as thorn, the nine symptoms obviously improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Cognitive scale score(MMSE,ADAS-COG-DVR),integral comparison after treatment, the treatment group is better than that of control group, statistically significant difference(p<0.05).Observe patients serum APN,LPN,and level of the ISI,the treatment group after treatment serum APN levels, lower serum LPN,the ISI levels increase, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Through this topic research has confirmed,“BuXu QuZhuo Tong Luo ”method in treatment of mild cognitive impairment in elderly type 2 diabetes, has an exact effect and high safety, prompting the method by regulating endocrine metabolism, improving insulin resistance,so as to improve cognitive function. |
