| Objective: This study by observation of fine scorpion Capsule on patients with migraine(blood stasis) the clinical curative effect and many related indicators of clinical observation, with a view to the fine and scorpion capsule in treating migraine(blood stasis blocking collateral type) the effectiveness and safety of a more objective evaluation.Methods: in this experiment were selected 42 cases from in November 2014 to 2015 November Xiangyang City Chinese Medicine Department of encephalopathy clinic migraine(blood stasis blocking collateral type) patients. Of the 42 cases of patients with random grouping principle, formed their own composed of 21 patients in the treatment group and control group. Treatment group received single agent oral fine scorpion capsule(composed of drugs: Asarum 10 g, 10 g of scorpion, divaricate Saposhnikovia 10 g, thorn Tribulus terrestris 10 g, chuanxiong rhizome 30 g, angelica 10 g, peach kernel 10 g, safflower 10 g, Bombyx Batryticatus 10 g.
