Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Yogan Yinyin On Renal Anemia

[Objective]To improve the clinical efficacy of the patients with nephrotic anemia.The mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine for improving renal anemia was discussed.[Method]In November 2015 to December 2016,the Second Hospital Affiliated to Hei Longjiang University of Chinese Medicine kidney disease outpatient selection into the standard of 60 patients with chronic renal failure kidney anemia,were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases,30 cases of control group.Treatment groups give basic treatment while taking traditional Chinese medicine experience;The control group was given the basic treatment while taking the Yi Xue Sheng capsules.The course is eight weeks.Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment in the clinical symptoms,hemoglobin,red blood cells deposited,serum albumin,allergic C-reactive protein,the change of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen.[Results]Overall curative effect comparison:1.8 weeks after treatment group total effectiveness 86.21%,control group total effective rate was 64.29%,comparing the two groups(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group is better than the control group.Improvement of clinical symptoms:after 8 weeks,the treatment group compared to the control group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Single integral compared two groups of clinical symptoms,shortness of breath lazy,fatigue,less food,stay,lumbar debility,often abdominal distension full,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group is better than that of control group,showed that Suan Gan Hua Yin clinical symptoms in patients with renal anemia has obvious improvement.3.Hb,HCT,changes propagated:8 weeks after treatment group compared with control group,P<0.05,the treatment group is better than that of control group,which indicates that Suan Gan Hua Yin on renal anemia and the improvement of nutritional status.4.Allergic C-reactive protein changes:after eight weeks,according to the treatment group significantly decreased,compared with control group,p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group is better than that of control group,show that Suan Gan Hua Yin can improve state of micro inflammation in patients with renal anemia.5.Renal function improvement:SCr,BUN8 weeks after the treatment group compared with itself before treatment,P<0.05,significant difference,the control group compared with before treatment itself,P>0.05,no significant difference,after treatment,the treatment group compared with control group,P<0.05,significant difference,the treatment group is better than that of control group,showed that Suan Gan Hua Yin can protect kidney.[Conclusion]Suan Gan Hua YinTo improve the clinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia;Improving the nutritional status of patients with renal anemia by improving haemoglobin levels and red blood cell deposition in patients with renal anemia.To be able to correct the microinflammatory status of patients with renal anemia;There is an obvious kidney protection for patients with renal anemia,which improves the quality of life of patients with kidney disease...
