Massage Combined With Jichuanjian Decoction In Treatment Of Functional Constipation (Spleen Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Study

[Objective] Focus on the observation of massage combined with Jichuan Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation(syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney),the clinical efficacy,and with the traditional Jichuanjian Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation(syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)compared with the control group,the two groups before and after treatment with constipation in patients with clinical score table(CCS),Bristol stool volume table(BSFS),constipation and quality of life in patients with volume table((PAC-QOL)were compared,focusing on massage combined with Jichuan Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation(syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)in the process of the uniqueness,practicability and significance of the research,for patients in hospital more ideas and for further promotion to lay the foundation.[Methods] This study included patients in Hubei Provincial Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital massage department / Department of rehabilitation medicine / pain department in line with the diagnostic criteria and 60 cases of patients,using the random number table,60 cases of functional constipation(spleen deficiency syndrome)patients were divided into treatment group(A),control group(B),each group of 30 cases respectively.Treatment group(A)to take the combination of massage therapy,massage 1 times a day,6 times a week,a total of 6 weeks of treatment;Jekawa,taking a daily dose of six,a total of 6 weeks.The control group(B)only applying Jichuanjian treatment,taking methods and treatment with the treatment group.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05)in the treatment of the first groups.After 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical score of constipation patients(CCS),Bristol BSFS(SPSS20.0),constipation patients quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)were evaluated before and after treatment.[Result] The two groups of patients with constipation in patients with clinical score scale(CCS)score comparison,the treatment group(A),the control group(B)by comparison between groups,P>0.05,no significant difference,the two groups of patients with comparable.After treatment,the treatment group(A)and control group(B)through the group in comparison,P < 0.05,before and after treatment have significant difference,indicating that the two groups in the improvement of the main symptoms of functional constipation(syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)of patients with has obvious curative effect.After treatment,the two groups were compared,P < 0.05,there was significant difference,the treatment group(A)than the control group(B)was significantly.The two groups of patients were treated with Bristol stool characteristics(BSFS),the treatment group(A)and the control group(B),P>0.05,no significant difference,the two groups of patients with comparable.After treatment,the treatment group(A),the control group(B)by comparison,P < 0.05,there was significant difference between the two groups.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>O.05),and the effect of the treatment group and the control group had no obvious advantages in improving the stool traits.The two groups of patients with constipation in patients with quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)score,the treatment group(A),the control group(B)by comparison between groups,P>0.05,no significant difference,the two groups of patients with comparable.After treatment,the treatment group(A),the control group(B)by comparison,P < 0.05,there were significant differences between the two groups in the improvement of the quality of life of patients with obvious curative effect.After treatment,the two groups were compared,P < 0.05,there were significant differences,which showed that the treatment group(A)was better than the control group(B).Treatment,the two groups in improving constipation with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney function,there is a certain effect,treatment group(A)and control group(B),total effective rate was 96.55%,75.00%,respectively,by statistical analysis,the curative effect of treatment group(A)and control group(B)has obvious difference(P < 0.05)and treatment group(A)efficacy than the control group(B)better.[Conclusion]The results of the study showed that two groups of functional constipation(syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)patients treated in the frequency of defecation,defecation difficulty,defecate not feeling,abdominal pain,defecation,stool and quality of life there is a certain degree of improvement,and the treatment group curative effect than that of the control group is better.Massage combined with Jichuan Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation(syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)with obvious curative effect,is a safe and effective,no side effects of the treatment,but also easy to accepted by the majority of patients and family members of patients,it is worth in clinical application and promotion.
