Objective:In this study,the improvement of clinical symptoms of children with functional constipation and spleen deficiency was observed through the massage of "invigorating the spleen and digestion",and the clinical effect of "invigorating the spleen and digestion" was objectively evaluated.And evaluate the curative effect,and provide an optimized massage method for children with spleen deficiency and constipation.Methods:Using a random number table method,100 cases of 1-6 years old children with spleen deficiency and constipation were divided into 51 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the treatment group.Both groups of children received health education.The control group was only treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets(Siliankang),and the treatment group was treated with bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets(Siliankang).Silenkang)treatment.Observe and record the changes in the total scores of main symptoms,total scores of secondary symptoms,individual symptom scores and total scores of the two groups of children before treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups through data analysis.Results:1.Total treatment effect:After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment effect rates of constipation in the control group and treatment group were 89.3%and 93.6%,respectively,and the treatment effect for children with constipation was significant in both groups.The treatment effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.Symptom improvement:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of the main symptoms,the total score of the secondary symptoms,and the total score of the two groups of children were significantly lower than before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared to the individual symptom scores,the score of the treatment group significantly decreased compared to the control group in terms of ease of bowel movement,stool quality,bowel movement frequency,abdominal bloating and pain,and lack of breastfeeding,and the difference is as follows.It is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of "invigorating the spleen and digestion" massage in the treatment of constipation in children can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with functional constipation and spleen deficiency,which is worthy of further promotion in the clinic.
