The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Functional Constipation Of Spleen Deficiency And Qi Stagnation By Jianpitongfu Decoction

Objective:To compare Jianpitongfu decoction and polyethylene glycol 4000 powder in the treatment of functional constipation with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,observe the changes of clinical symptoms of subjects before and after medication,use statistical test to analyze the efficacy of the two groups,compare their differences,evaluate the safety of self-designed prescription,and provide data support for its clinical efficacy.Methods: Eighty patients were selected and grouped according to the principle of randomized control.Forty subjects in the treatment group received Jianpi Tongfu Decoction,and 40 subjects in the control group received polyethylene glycol 4000 powder for 2weeks.After the course of treatment,the obtained experimental data were summarized and processed with SPSS25.0 software to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:(1)General information: Baseline comparison of gender,age,course of disease,single item score of TCM syndrome and total score of patients in the two groups showed no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that this study was comparable.(2)syndrome integral improvement results: the treatment group used the spleen after relieving decoction,TCM syndrome total integral reduced more significantly(P < 0.05),with statistical differences in the control group,showed that the treatment group,on the whole,improve symptoms is better than that in control group,through the comparison on difference,the treatment group of symptoms to improve the level of higher than the control group(P < 0.05).On single integral of syndromes,compared the two groups,the treatment group in fecal character,sense of endless defecate,the defecate time interval,the toilet with lack of power,good heave a deep sigh,or unhappy stay,the symptoms of food is better than that in control group(P < 0.05),after difference comparison,the treatment group of the above symptoms improve degree is higher than the control group,and two groups of bowel gas symptom vector of defecation difficulty,abdominal distension,improve the degree of difference is not obvious(P > 0.05).(3)Effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.7%,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Safety and adverse reactions: No abnormalities were found in the safety biological indicators before and after treatment in the two groups,and no serious adverse reactions occurred during the study.Conclusion: spleen on relieving decoction in the treatment of pixu(spleen deficient)and the clinical effect of the treatment of functional constipation is better than that of polyethylene glycol 4000 powder,and high safety,can overall improve constipation symptoms,especially in the excrement character,sense of endless defecate,the defecate time interval,the toilet with lack of power,good heave a deep sigh,or unhappy stay,eat less symptoms obviously better than that of polyethylene glycol 4000 powder.
