| I have learned from Wu Weicheng who is the famous old Chinese medicie of China for 3 years. Professor Wu Weicheng cures the male infertility, the method of tonifying kidney and the mild medicines used in the treatment are in the majority. Shudi and Lujiao, the invigorants and Cassia twig, the product of Wen xin tong yang are rarely used in his prescriptions. Pro. Wu thinks that tonifying kidney cannot be over-eager. Long-tern recuperation and treatment slowly are very rnecessary. Medication too much need to avoid. Some doctors believe that using medicine heavily can achieve significant results. As well known, Kidney is the congenital foundation. Health of systemic viscera depends on kidney, so heavy medicine should not be used in normal times. Large dose of strong medicine wil make the condition change and will lead to disease complex. Then the result is that the pathema cannot be cured. Under the guidance of Professor Wu, I had a clinical study and I also summarized the clinical experience from Pro. Wu. Pro. Wu created the Tiao zhang yi jing Decoction by using his many years of clinical experience. For the male oligospermia and asthenospermia patients in clinical practice, this decoction has the obvious curative effect. In this essay, the clinical efficacy of this decoction were observed and summarized.Background:In our country, the male sterility rate is 11.47%, and the male sterility is 33.15%. Abnormal sperm quality, such as less or weak sperm, causing the male infertility occupied 46% proportion of all causes. Chinese Medicine treatment effect is more remarkable than the western medicine. Pro. Wu found that male sperm quality abnormity of pathogenesis is often causing by Xu Shi Jia Za, liver and kidney are simultaneous lesions. Pro. Wu created the Tiao zhang yi jing Decoction by his own. This prescription is found that is can improve sperm quality in a number of indicators in clinical practices, It is of great helpful to improve male fertility rates.Objective:By observing the clinical effect of the treatment of the patients with low and weak sperm, we hope to provide a new method for the treatment of male infertility caused by abnormal sperm quality in the clinical application.Methods:By using the clinical research method. We selected the male oligospermia and asthenospermia patients who are treated in outpatient service of Guangzhou Chinese traditonal medicine hosipital during the period from July 2014 to August 2015.60 patients are included in the standard. They were randomly divided into treatment group (Team A) and control group (Team B) with 30 cases. Treatment group (Team A) took the adjusting Tiao zhang yi jing decoction, the control group (Team B) took the Wu zi yan zong Decoction. The Wu zi yan zong decoction comes from the ancient classic Wu zi yan zong pill which has certain curative effecth proved by a large number of literatures on curing the male infertility. Two decoction are used as contrast agent. After a course of treatment, the sperm was observed in the patients, and the SPSS12.0 was used to analyze and deal with the treatment data.ResuIts:After treatment, the patients'wives of team A were conception in 11 cases, accounting for 36.6% of the total number of cases. The patients'wives of team B were conception in 7 cases, accounting for 23.3% of the total number of cases. Wife's Conception rate of team A were significantly higher than team B. By comparing the semen analysis of the patients in two groups and the conception ot their wives before and after the treatment. Patient's treatment effect of team A were much better than team B. But team A and team B showed satisfactory total effective rate. The Tiao zhang yi jing Decoction used for the male oligospermia and asthenospermia patients in clinical can improve sperm quality, and it can improve patients'soreness and weakness of waist and knees. It also can ameliorate the symptom of deficiency of the kidney, such as tried weakness. Curative effect is exact in clinical application. |
