Clinical Observation Of Fire Needle Combined With Acupuncture Treatment For Vascular Dementia With Blood Stasis Resistance Collateral Syndrome

Purpose:Through clinical observation of fire needle combined acupuncture treatment for vascular dementia with blood stasis resistance collateral syndrome clinical curative effect, to find a more appropriate and effective treatment methods for clinical treatment type described ill.Methods:60 patients with into the standard vascular dementia,accordin-g to random number table,were divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.All the patients were relatively uniform according to conventional drugs treatment commonly. Symptomati-c treatment,prevention and treatment of complications.In the treatment group,fire needle was used at double shencong(left right),baihui,shenting, shuaigu(double).Acupuncture was used at double shencong(right left)baih ui,shenting,huaigu(double),taixi(double),xuanzhong(double),zusanli(double), xuehai(double).In the control group,acupuncture was used at sishencong, baihui,dazhong(double),taixi(double),xuanzhong(double),zusanli(double),xue hai(doble).Fire needle prick once every three days,two times a week (monday,thureday),acupuncture prick once per day,six times one week (rest on Sunday),four weeks for a periodof treatment.Observe the change of the cases of both groups befo-re and aftertreatment,compared before and after the group itself and compared between groups. Results:1.In terms of improving cognitive function, MMSE score were higher after treatment in both groups, and P< 0.05, differences were statistically significant; The treatment group compared to control group (P< 0.05, there is significant difference, the treatment group in improving patients’cognitive function is better than that in control group.2. In terms of daily living ability improved, two groups of patients ADL-R scores were lower after treatment, P< 0.05, differences were statistically significant; The treatment group compared to control group (P< 0.05), there is significant difference, the treatment group in improving the patients’daily life ability is better than that of control group.3. In the aspect of improving syndromes, two groups of patients with TCM syndrome scoring were lower after treatment, P< 0.05, differences were statistically significant; The treatment group compared to control group (P< 0.05, there is significant difference, the treatment group in improving patients’TCM syndrome is better than that in control group. Conclusion:1.The resistance to fire needle combined with acupuncture treatment of blood stasis type complex curative effect of vascular dementia.2.The resistance to fire needle combined with acupuncture can improve the blood stasis type complex cognitive functions of vascular dementia.3. The resistance to fire needle combined with acupuncture can improve the blood stasis type winding daily life ability of vascular dementia and the performance of the syndromes.
