| Objective:By observing the Nourish Medullary Hemopoietic Capsule for the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type of chronic aplastic anemia patients,clinical symptoms,signs,peripheral blood and bone marrow hematopoietic tissue changes,to explore hospital preparations Nourish Medullary Hemopoietic Capsule in the treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:1.In December 2013 to October 2015 in Chinese medicine hospital in Henan province during the period of conform to the inclusion criteria of 60 cases of chronic aplastic anemia patients,according to the random distribution method is divided into the treatment group and control group,two groups of 30 cases of each item.Treatment group given Nourish Medullary Hemopoietic Capsule joint ring spore capsules,oral treatment,listed in the control group only give ring spore capsules,oral treatment,listed in 3 months for one period of treatment,judge curative effect after the two course.2.Two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment by automatic blood analyzer,check the number of peripheral blood cells;Bone marrow biopsy under a microscope to observe the bone marrow hematopoietic tissue,and compare the two groups before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,peripheral blood cell count and the changes of the bone marrow hematopoietic tissue.And the patients before and after treatment,respectively,the line of electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function safety indexes such as check.3.The data processing using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software,count data by chi-square test,rank the Ridit analysis data,after inspection is normal distribution measurement data using the paired sample or independent sample t test,significant probability value to 0.05,for quantitative data are said to compute the than qualitative data.Results:1.Clinical curative effect comparison results: treatment group: invalid number,count,ease the obvious progress,basic cure number 3,11,13,and 3,respectively,90% efficient;Control group respectively,8,12,10 and 0,efficient at 73.33%;The use of statistical software analysis: treatment group effectiveness significantly greater than the control group's effectiveness(P< 0.05),the effectiveness of the treatment group and control group after treatment compared with significant difference.2.Peripheral blood cell analysis: the treatment group and control group on the number of red blood cells,white blood cell count,platelet number significantly increased after treatment than before treatment(P< 0.05),the treatment group than control group in peripheral blood cell count increased significantly.3.On bone marrow hematopoietic tissue volume data analysis: the treatment group of bone marrow hematopoietic tissue capacity compared with control group,after treatment than before treatment increased more significantly(P< 0.05),and compared between the two groups after treatment the treatment group hematopoietic tissue increased capacity was significantly higher than the control group.4.TCM symptoms curative effect: clinical treatment group,effective and invalid,healing cases had marked effect of 2,9,15,4 respectively;The control group respectively 7,11,10,2;Two groups of their total efficient 93.33%,76.67% respectively;Treatment group total effective rate was significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05),there is statistically significant,the differences between the two groups after total effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom obviously,on TCM symptoms curative effect in treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Nourish Medullary Hemopoietic Capsule combined western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic aplastic anemia patients,improve the peripheral blood,increase the bone marrow hematopoietic area,and the effect is better than that of single use western medicine treatment,and reduce the side effects of western medicine clinical efficacy of credit;Nourish Medullary Hemopoietic Capsule combined western medicine to improve the patient's symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better than using pure western medicine treatment;Visible Nourish Medullary Hemopoietic Capsule can through improving capacity of bone marrow hematopoietic tissue in patients with aplastic anemia,,which has achieved satisfactory clinical effect. |
