The Clinical Observation Of Pingchuan Decoction Combined With Wester Medicine In Treatment Of Children Asthma Of Acute Phase With Sputum And Heat Obstruction Lung

Objectives:According to the clinical observation to the Pingchuan decoction combined with wester medicine in treating the childhood asthma of Acute Phase with sputum and heat obstruction lung, this thesis could provide theoretical basis for it and give further evidence in the popularization that the traditional Chinese medicine is effective and efficient in the guidance and service to Evaluation of pediatric and asthma clinical curative effect and drug safety.Methods:There are 60 asthmatic children who meet the criteria and they are numbered according to the order of visit and randomly divided into two groups. That is the treatment group and the control group and each of the group has 30 patients. Two groups are treated by atomization with western medicine and meanwhile, patients in the treatment group are treated by the Pingchuan decoction. The treatment and observation courses are a week. We take down and analyze the related statistics before and after the treatment.Results:( 1) The comprehensive efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group is96.67% and the control group is 86.67%.The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Thus, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(2)The total TCM syndrome sore: According to the statistics, the difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(p<0.05).The clinical symptoms of the patients both in the treatment group and control group are improved but the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(3)The scores of main TCM syndromes: Both of the treatment group and the control group are effective in relieving pant, chest congestion, cough,wheezing sound and some other main TCM syndromes and the curative effect of the treatment group is more obvious. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),that is, the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.(4) The amount of the eosinophil in peripheral blood: After the treatment, the amount of patients’ eosinophil in peripheral blood obviously decreases. We analyze the the amount of patients’ eosinophil in peripheral blood after the treatment in a statistical way and find that the difference of the two groups is statistically significant(p<0.05).Thus,a conclusion could bemade that compared with the control group, the effectiveness of decreasing the eosinophil in peripheral blood of the treatment group is more obvious.Conclusions:The Pingchuan decoction combined with wester medicine in treating the childhood asthma episode of sputum and heat obstruction lung is effective. It could not only improve the TCM syndromes of children, but also decrease the amount of the EOS in peripheral blood. It is safe and effective clinically, No obvious adverse reactions.
