Clinical Research Of The Therapeutic Effects Of HuaTanHuoXueTongMai Decoction On Stable Angina Pectoris With Intermingled Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of HuaTanHuoXueTongMai Decoction on stable angina of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:70 cases with stable angina of coronary heart disease and syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were collected from the outpatient and inpatient department of the affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine from March in 2015 to February in 2016. According to random number table, all the patients were divided into treatment group (with HuaTanHuoXueTongMai Decoction) and control group (without HuaTanHuoXueTongMai Decoction) equally. All patients were treated with 100mg Bayaspirin,60mg Pentacardretard tablets,23.75mg metoprololretard tablets and 20mg atorvastatin calcium once a day.4 weeks later, the index of before and after treatment, including TCM syndromes, degree of angina pectoris, electrocardiogram (ECG) effect, blood fat, inflammation index and haemorheology were compared.Results:The total effective rate of angina pectoris, TCM syndromes and ECG effect were 97.1%,94.3% and 85.7% respectively in the treatment group. While The total effective rate of angina pectoris, TCM syndromes and ECG effect were 90.0%, 86.7% and 76.7% respectively in the control group. After treatment, the symptoms of angina and clinical symptoms could be improved or eliminated, the TCM syndrome points could be reduced, and abnormalities of ST segment and T wave in ECG could be improved in both of two groups. However the difference between the two groups was not significant statistically(P>0.05). The haemorheology indicators of two groups could significantly improved after treatment, in which the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05) in improving the whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and other aspects. Meanwhile, the two groups can significantly improve blood lipid metabolism, in the lower triglyceride (TG), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions were found in both two groups observe during the period of observation. All data suggest that treatment of stable coronary heart disease angina pectoris with HuaTanHuoXueTongMai Decoction is better than that of control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect observation suggested HuaTanHuoXueTongMai Decoction was effective on angina of coronary heart disease that with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
