| Background Health is the inevitable requirement of promoting the overall development of human,human health depends on the quality of the environment.The environmental sanitation in rural areas is closely related to the health of rural residents,also directly affect the development of ecological agriculture,comprehensive improvement of rural environment,improve farmers production and living environment,is an important measure to build a well-off society.Rural environmental health includes drinking water sanitation,toilet sanitation and feces treatment,garbage and sewage treatment,disease vector control and soil sanitation.Although China’s economic and social rapid development,but rural areas such as garbage,sewage treatment infrastructure facilities can not meet the requirements,drinking water safety,toilet sanitation is worrying,environmental pollution and destruction problems highlight,the overall situation is not optimistic.Dezhou is a typical agricultural city,in the agricultural production activities,inevitably produces some environmental health problems.There are few studies on environmental health in rural areas of Shandong province,the study of Dezhou city is few,individual research is a unilateral survey of toilet sanitation or soil heavy metal pollution,lack of overall data of environmental health status in rural areas of Dezhou.Objectives To understand and grasp the level and dynamic changes of environmental health hazards in rural areas of Dezhou,objective evaluation of rural environmental health status,provide basic data support for government decision-making,and promote the orderly development of rural environmental comprehensive regulation in Dezhou city.Method This study is based on the principle of stratified random selection,using questionnaires and laboratory tests to collect data.Surveillance county is a total of 30 townships and 120 monitoring points in 3 counties of Ningjin,Linyi and Wu Cheng,including 600 households and 52 schools,and detected 120 soil heavy metals and Ascaris egg indexes.Based on the excel and spssl9.0 data statistical analysis,the statistical method is chi-square test.Main Results1 Sample county sanitation situationSample county garbage treatment plant(3)and sewage treatment plant(4)realize full coverage,garbage treatment is landfill,sewage treatment process is secondary treatment.2 Environmental health status of monitoring pointsDrinking water safety is guaranteed and centralized water supply is 100 per cent;The prevalence of sanitary latrines is only 7.67%;No-hygienic village is 80.83%,The garbage collection accounted for 86.67%and the landfill disposal accounted for 64.17%;The random emission rate of domestic sewage is 100%;Less than 50%of the monitoring stations have done in addition to work,the mosquito control,flies,rats and cockroaches are all 25.83%.3 Family environmental health statusDrinking boiled water is accounting for 99.83%,and washing hands is accounting for 88.83%;The family sanitary toilet accounted for 10.5%,the high temperature compost treatment accounted for only 30%;Garbage is discarded in the dustbin accounted for 94.33%,domestic sewage 100%random discharge;The kitchen found flies 78.17%;The use of pesticides accounted for 92.83%,pesticide storage in miscellaneous and random placement still more than 50%,there is a hidden trouble.4 Monitoring school health statusThe main drinking water mode of students is to provide boiled water(53.8%),and the school water supply has realized the centralized water supply;School sanitation toilet coverage rate is 71.52%,the toilet around sink do not provide soap with 46.15%;The school of health professional technical personnel is not equipped with 57.69%,the positive rate of myopia was 27.46%;The per classroom area and blackboard distance of the school are substandard.5 Soil detection resultsThe soil PH value was more than 7.5,and the eggs of ascaris was 5%,the overall infection rate was not high,and the detection of heavy metals such as lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury and arsenic exceeded the standard,reached the second-class soil standard.Conclusion and recommendations The water sanitation and soil in rural areas of Dezhou are good,but the construction of garbage and sewage treatment facilities is not in place,the low coverage of sanitary latrines and the lack of health technical personnel in rural schools are still prominent.It is suggested that the comprehensive improvement project of rural environmental sanitation should be carried out vigorously in Dezhou city,strengthening prevention and disease control,improving residents’ health behavior intervention,strengthening the school health monitoring and evaluation,and integrating environmental monitoring network to form a long-term system. |
