Intervention Of Yang-deficiency Sub-health With Acupuncture Therapy For Regulating Governor Vessel And Warming Yang

Objective: observed the influences of acupuncture therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang,it is to compare the scores of Cornell Medical Index and yang deficiency type in treatment group and control group,evaluating the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang in order to provide a more efficient,economical and safe treatment program to treat this disease.Method:Sixty cases in the sub-health state of yang deficiency type which accords with the order number of visits to 1to60 and meets the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by,thirty cases in each group,according to the spss software.Two groups were treated with health education.The treatment group were treated with acupuncture reinforcing therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang plus health education,one time daily,six days for a course of treatment,one day for rest,and then the next course was proceeded,four courses in total.The treatment group were selected the points asfollows: Baihui(GV20),dazhui(GV14),yaoyangguan(GV3),shenshu(RL23),taixi(Ki3).The control group with Vitamin E plus health education,two pills daily,take one pill half an hour after breakfast and supper orally,seven days for a course of treatment,four courses in total.Clinical symptoms and the scores of Cornell Medical Index and yang deficiency type were observed before and after treatment respectively.Results: After treatment,the clinical symptoms and the scores of Cornell Medical Index and yang deficiency type were improved in two groups respectively compared with the conditions before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There is significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was 86.67% and 53.33% in the control group.There is statistical significance difference between this two groups too.Conclusions: Acupuncture therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang plus health education group is significantly better than the oral Vitamin E plus health education group.Acupuncture therapy for regulating governor vessel and warming yang is one of effective and safe methods to treat the sub-health State of yang deficiency type,which can improve the patient’s quality of life.It also has the low cost between each treatment,little or no side effect,it is worth to popularize in clinic.
