Study On The Prevention And Control Of AIDS Of X City

AIDS has become the significant public healthy problem and social question in the whole social level,while the governmental doing the work of prevention and cure of AIDS independently could be hardly.By using collaborative governance theories,the research aims at analyzing and investigating the predicaments in the work of prevention and cure of AIDS,finding out deep-rooted reasons,and then putting forward some constructive advice based on them.This paper first introduces the origin of the research,and then commenting and analyzing the present situation of X city,putting forward the problems and clarifying the methods and frame in the end.The research mainly uses the collaborative governance theories,then discusses the confronting in prevention and control of AIDS of X city,as well as the predicaments the X city confronted in prevention and control of AIDS in accordance with author’s field work.The paper analyses the above phenomena acutely.On the base of the third part’s acute analysis on the predicaments and reasons of government intervention and using the collaborative governance theory,the forth part put forward some constructive advices combining with reality.
