Weipi is one of the common diseases of spleen and stomach,epigastric distention of the abdomen discomfort as the main signs.The occurrence of Weipiis closely relationed to the Qi,Qi,blood and body fluid is an organic whole,therefore,the importance of the effectsofblood and body fluid also cannot be ignored in the development of the lesion.Qi disease pathogenesis in the process of Weipi treatment is widely used,my teacher Yang Kang think that the disease pathogenesis alone is not enough to cure the stomach,in the overall concept of Chinese medicine,Qi,blood,body fluid is interdependent,mutual Constraints,mutualuse,any disease may affect the other two of the normal physiological function.Qidisease pathogenesis is the main factors causing Weipi,and blood and body fluid on accompanying symptoms effects can not be ignored.Qi,blood and body fluid is not only the basic nutrients of the normal physiological function of spleen and stomach,the effects of spleen and stomach disease and pathological factors.To understand the pathogenesis of Qi and blood,not only help to understand the course of the different pathological products produced,but also help to grasp the outcome of the disease.Professor Yang Kang common Weipi into hysteresis due to spleen deficiency and Qi deficiency and blood stasis,liver and stomach disharmony and stomach Yin deficiency type.By Qi-invigorating Qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and nourishing the damp treat Weipi,care of nourishing spleen and stomach.This paper is divided into three parts,first part main through ancient literature on ruffian of meaning,and ruffian of causes disease machine,and symptoms analysis and the treatment for research;the second partintroduces modern medical on stomach ruffian of awareness;thethird part described Qi,and blood,body fluid and the relationship among that and Weipi,anddiscusses the classification and differentiation of gastric new mechanism,and through case summary professor Yang Kang 30 years’ experience in the clinical syndrome differentiation treatment Weipi.
