Modified Weipi Decoction Granule In The Treatment Of Qi-Deficient Blood Type Clinical Observation Of Enoch-Schonlein Purpura

Objective:By using Jiajianweipi Decoction Granules on the treatment of child ren with allergic purpura(Qi failing to control the blood),we evaluated the TCM syndromes.The clinical efficacy of Jiajianweipi Decoction Gr anules in treating children with allergic purpura(Qi failing to control t he blood)was evaluated objectivelyMethods:Sixty-four children aged 3 to 18 years old with allergic purpura w ere selected from the pediatric outpatient department of the First Affilia ted Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.The patient s who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment gr oup was given Jiajianweipi Decoction Granules(Oral Chinese medicine was Tianjiang Granule,which was provided by the First Affiliated Hosp ital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine),and the control gr oup was given Oral Guipi Pills.By observing the improvement of symp toms and signs before and after treatment in the two groups,and analy zing the difference of therapeutic effects between the two groups,the r eliability and safety of oral plus spleen spleen granules in the treatmen t of children with allergic purpura will be explained,and the advantages of using differentiation syndrome and treatment of Chinese medicine w ill be reflected.Results:1.After four weeks treatment,the total effective rate was 90.32%i n the treatment group and 80.00%in the control group.The total effica cy rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05)2.The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly 1 ower after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.The t-test was P<005,which was statistically significantConclusion:1.Jiajian Weipi Decoction Granules is effective in treating children with allergic purpura(Qi failing to control the blood),which can effectively improve patients’ symptoms2.There was no obvious adverse reaction after treatment with Jiajianweipi Decoction Granule,and its security was better.
