The Present Situation And Countermeasure Research Of Family Doctor System Service In Harbin

Community family doctor system contract refers to the family doctor service team as the core,through the way of contract,signing for residents to provide medical and health services of the agreement,meet the residents' long-term,continuous health care needs.Introduced in 2011 to implement the state council "about building the general practitioner guidance suggestions",to implement the requirements of the relevant,Heilongjiang province to develop the family doctor service pilot work since 2012.Family doctor team provide basic medical and health services to residents have signed a contract,and according to the service charge fees on a yearly basis.To Focus on promoting community family doctor system provide services to residents was an important task to deepen the reform of medical health system,it can not only highlights the public welfare nature of the medical and health undertakings,normative the registration order and to control health costs,but to solve the status quo of the common people see a doctor difficultly and expensive.At present,due to the imperfect supporting policies,infrastructure upgrades not in time,staffing unreasonable,there are still some problems in the development process of community family doctor system service.In this paper,make the community health service institutions and residents in daowai of Harbin as the research object,with the purpose of providing reference to analysis the development of family doctor system service,aiming to solve the problems in the service,looking for solutions and the future development of family doctor system service,realize the equalization of primary medical treatment to provide some references.By reading related literatures of the family doctor service mode and implementation status,summarizes the experience and lessons of other countries' family doctor systems.Developed regions in China the family doctor service success experience,analysis and policy for the service for family doctor system in Heilongjiang province;By randomly selected from the jurisdiction of the community residents to summarizes the family doctor system to carry out the problems in the process of service and put forward targeted suggestions,to build a family doctor system with Chinese characteristics provide reference service mode.
