This paper through animal experiment,cell experiment methods such as investigation of rhizoma coptidis and its main components berberine anti-inflammatory effect,as well as the main pathogenic bacteria of chronic atrophic gastritis,the bacteriostatic action of helicobacter pylori.First through the mouse foot swelling experiment showed that rhizoma coptidis has better anti-inflammatory effect,can effectively inhibit the foot swelling of mice;In vitro anti-inflammatory experiments show that the cell level RAW264.7 cell model is more stable than that of NIH3T3 cell model,parallel effect is better.RAW264.7 cells as model,PGE2 and the NO level and anti-inflammatory effect of extracts from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in traditional Chinese medicine extract concentration of 1 mg/ml,rhizoma coptidis have better anti-inflammatory effect,anti-inflammatory effects and animal experiment data is consistent;Cellular level in vitro anti-inflammatory experiments show that the concentration of PGE2 NIH3T3 cell testing calculate anti-inflammatory effect,the main components berberine in rhizoma coptidis concentration of 1.0 mg/ml,have very good anti-inflammatory effect,anti-inflammatory drugs is obtained by using the concentration of RAW264.7 cells detect NO effect,the concentration of berberine in 1.0 mg/ml,have very good anti-inflammatory effect,the data is consistent with NIH3T3 cell testing data.In vitro bacteriostasis experiment showed that the compound Coptis chinensis solution in high concentrations in summer even capsule(5 mg/ml)of h.pylori has bacteriostatic action,its bacteriostatic circle diameter of 1.9 cm.Other single Chinese medicine water extract of h.pylori has no bacteriostasis.Western blotting,according to the results of the traditional Chinese medicine extract after stimulation,P65 expressed in the cytoplasm decreased significantly,which reduce the extracts from scutellaria baicalensis georgi is one of the most,followed by Chinese goldthread extracts and compound capsule solution,even in the summer of P65 phosphorylation level has been reduced.Illustrate the coptis extract has good anti-inflammatory effect,anti-inflammatory effects and animal and cell experiment data.
