Observation On The Curative Effect Of Jiawei Yigan Powder In Treating Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Disharmony Between Liver And Stomach

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Yigan Powder in the treatment of non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach disharmony type,and to explore the effect of Jiawei Yigan Powder on anxiety and depression symptoms after treatment.Methods:62 patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease diagnosed as liver-stomach disharmony and meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=33)and the treatment group(n=29).The control group was treated with Rabeprazole enteric-coated capsule,and the treatlment group was treated with Jiawei Yigan Powder.(Vinegar Bupleurum,Fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Poria cocos,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Gouteng,Hypericum perforatum)were treated for 4 weeks in both groups.All subjects were collected by the researcher before and after treatment,and filled in the Symptom Score Scale,Self-rating Anxiety and Depression Scale,Hamilton Anxiety and Depression Scale.The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed by SPSS24.0 softwareResults:A fter treatment,the scores of main and secondary symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of main symptoms in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the scores of main symptoms in the treatment group and those in the control group(P>0.05).The scores of secondary symptoms in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).)After treatment,the scores of self-rating anxiety and depression scale and Hamilton anxiety and depression scale in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,while those in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group(93.9%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.7%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the treatment group were nausea in 1 case and the adverse reactions rate was 3.0%.In the control group,there were nausea in 2 cases,allergy in 1 case,dizziness in 1 case,and the adverse reactions rate was 13.7%.The reactions in the two groups were mild and no special treatment was given.There was a significant dif ference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Yigan Powder has good curative effect on patients with non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver and stomach,not only can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also can significantly adjust the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the living standard of patients,and safety Higher,less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical use.
