questionnaire survey. The survey includes the basic information about the children's family, the cognition of antibiotics, parents' attitudes toward the useage of antibiotics and their parents' behavior on the use of antibiotics in children. The questionnaire questions set for single choice and multiple choice.Input the data using Excel 2013 software, using SPSS13.0 statistical software to analyze the data. The descriptive statistical analysis methods for the investigation of the general data and status of counting and measurement. The data by chi square test and variance analysis, rank sum test and analysis method.Result 1.Children's parents know the general awareness of antibiotics. The cognitive scores of parents using antibiotics showed, the lowest score was 2 points, the highest score was 14 points, the average score was 8.76,the standard deviation is 2.58.There were statistical differences between different age groups(F=6.291,P<0.001),of which 31 ~ 40 years old group of parents antibiotics are the highest cognitive scores;there were significant differences between the educational level of parents(F=27.176,P<0.001),higher cognitive score independent use of antibiotics of parents with the cultural degree increased;there was significant difference among different occupation(F=22.615,P<0.001),the highest score of occupation education;there was significant difference between the per capita monthly income of parents(F=12.903,P<0.001),and cognitive score increased with the increase of household monthly income per capita increased;there were significant differences between different parents hukou(t=-6.668,P<0.001),Hukou score Obviously higher than the rural(t=2.216,P=0.027),the only child of the situation, the one-child family score higher than non only child.2.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of education, occupation and location of the registered permanent residence into the regression equation, and there was statistical significance(F=48.588,P<0.001).3.There were different degrees of misunderstanding of parents' attitude on the choice, the use of antibiotics, and the dose and time.Especially in the use of antibiotics,25.3% of the parents will take the initiative to ask the doctor to prescribe antibiotics for children.Different demographic profiles showed that there were significant differences among different education level(?2=30.341,P<0.001),and the initiative to ask the doctor to give the child the proportion of antibiotics with the increase in the level of culture and reduce;there were significant differences among different occupation(?2 =67.559,P<0.001),farmers,workers relative to other occupation are more likely to ask doctors to prescribe the children;there were significant differences among different family per capita monthly income(?2=23.436,P<0.001),and with the increase of per capita monthly income of family asked the doctors to prescribe an antibiotic offered to lower the proportion of children;there were significant differences between different hukou(?2=19.621,P<0.001),rural hukou parents ask doctors to prescribe an antibiotic is higher than that of urban children.Different gender, different age groups, the relationship between the child, the only child of the situation and other groups had no statistical difference.4.There exists some unscientific and other irregularities of the parents in their own medication, independent use of antibiotics, the use of a reasonable dose, stop time of the drug.In particular, there are still 57.1% of the parents will be based on their own experience to use antibiotics for their children, according to different demographic characteristics, there were significant differences among different education level(?2=13.627,P=0.009),the University and the above parents according to the experience of the lowest proportion of self medication;there was significant difference among different occupation(?2=13.627,P<0.001);there were significant differences among different family per capita monthly income(?2=9.817,P=0.020);There are significant differences between the only child(?2=7.725,P=0.005),and the one-child parents according to the experience of medication was higher than non only child parents.Different gender, different age, different account of the location,no statistical differences between different upbringing. Conclusion 1.Parents of children with the cognitive level of self medication is more general,do not have the ability to use reasonable medication. The rural hukou parents, low education level and low per capita monthly income of the parents' cognitive score of self use of antibiotics were lower.2.There is a large error in the attitude of parents of children to use antibiotics.Farmers, rural hukou parents and the lower of the educational level and the per capita monthly income of the family, the higher the proportion of doctors to prescribe antibiotics.3.Parents do not regulate the use of antibiotics for children.Different educational level, different occupations, different family income per capita, are the factors that influence the parents according to their own experience to give their children antibiotics.4.Parents should correctly understand their own medication for children's health damage, should take the initiative to accept health education,so as to avoid the risk of parents for children's autonomy,in order to achieve the purpose of child safety, rational use of drugs.
