The Survey And Research Of Status Quo Of Digestive Endoscopy Room Nurse About Knowledge Attitude And Practice On Occupational Protection In Changchun City

Objectives:By investigating the status quo of digestive endoscopy room nurses about knowledge, attitude and practice on occupational protection in Changchun city, to acknowledge the influence factors about knowledge, attitude and practice on the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection, to put forward opinion and the suggestion that improve digestive endoscopy room nurses ability of occupational protection, to provide the reference of occupational protection on digestive endoscopy room nurse safety management and training. Methods:From August to September in 2015, 156 digestive endoscopy room nurses from 26 hospitals in Changchun city were selected as study object by convenience sampling method, used the questionnaire to research.The questionnaire includes digestive endoscopy room nurse general data questionnaire, digestive endoscopy room nurses occupational protection knowledge questionnaire, digestive endoscopy room nurses occupational protection attitude questionnaire, digestive endoscopy room nurses occupational protection behavior questionnaire of four parts. The effective data was inputted by Epidata3.1,and SPSS17.0 was adopted to establish the database of valid questionnaires data statistical analysis,mainly using descriptive statistical analysis, t test, analysis of variance and rank and inspection, multiple stepwise regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods. Results:1. Digestive endoscopy room nurses on knowledge attitude and practice status questionnaire of occupational protection overall full mark was 232 points, the average score was(183.38±14.07) points; the full mark of knowledge part was 17 points,the average score was(12.03±2.01) points; the full mark of attitude part was 100 points, the average score was(88.79±3.69) points;the full mark of practice part was 100 points,the average score was(82.56±12.37) points.After the average score of knowledge, attitude and practice on digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection were turned to percentage, the percentage was 79.04%, 70.76%, 88.79% and 71.79% respectively.2.On the knowledge survey of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection,the scoring average of each dimension were arrayed from highest to lowest as follows: chemical occupational hazard factors of protection knowledge, the psychosocial factors of occupational hazards protection knowledge, physical factors of occupational hazards protection knowledge, the biological factors of occupational hazards protection basic protection knowledge, individual knowledge, including basic personal protective knowledge dimension score is low, only 61.50%; On the attitude survey of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection, the scoring average of each dimension were arrayed from highest to lowest as follows: personal basic protective attitude of occupational harmful factors, chemical protective attitudes, biological protective attitude of occupational hazard factors, psychosocial factors of occupational hazards of protective attitude, physical occupational hazard factors of protective attitude; On the practice survey of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection,the scoring average of each dimension were arrayed from highest to lowest as follows: chemical protection behavior of occupational hazard factors, personal basic protection behavior, the psychosocial factors of occupational hazards protection behavior, biological protection behavior of occupational hazard factors, physical factors of occupational hazards protection behavior, including physical factors of occupational hazards protection behavior dimension score is low, only 65.94%.3.As the results of the single factor analysis shows that the knowledge score of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection have a statistically difference(P < 0.05) on the nursing work time, title, and employment, hospital level, whether received the related training of occupational protection of digestive endoscopy room nurses. The attitude score of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection have a statistically difference(P < 0.05) on title, hospital level, whether received the related training of occupational protection of digestive endoscopy room nurses occupational protective; The practice score of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection have a statistically difference(P < 0.05) on gender, work in the digestive endoscopy room nursing time, eventually educational background, hospital level, whether received the related training of occupational protection of digestive endoscopy room nurses.4.As multiple factors analysis results shows that factors such as title, hospital level were entered regression equation of the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection knowledge; title, hospital level, whether received the related training of occupational protection were entered regression equation of the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection attitude; gender, work in the digestive endoscopy nursing time, whether received the related training of occupational protection were entered regression equation of the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection practice. Conclusion:1.The attitude part score of Changchun digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection were at a good level, knowledge and behavior part score in the medium level. There is a gap that knowledge, practice and attitude score level, stating that digestive endoscopy room nurses subjective can realize the importance of occupational protection, but they are lack of the mastering of occupational protection knowledge, occupational safety and protective behavior is not standard, so the knowledge of digestive endoscopy room nurses occupational protection needs to be further improved, occupational protection behavior compliance remains to be further strengthened.2.The lowest score of each dimension of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection knowledge, attitude and practice were individual’s basic protection knowledge, the protective attitude towards physical occupational hazard factors and protection behavior of physical occupational hazard factors. The highest score were chemical occupational hazards factors of protective knowledge, personal basic protective attitude and protection behavior of chemical occupational hazard factors. Digestive endoscopy room nurse attitude toward physical factors of occupational hazards protection is poor and the physical factors of occupational hazards protection behavior compliance is poor.3.The knowledge, attitude and practice on digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection were affected by different factors, the main factors which were affected the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection knowledge level were the title, the hospital level; the main factors which were affected the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection attitude level were the title, hospital level, whether received the related training of occupational protection; the main factors which were affected the digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection practice level were sex, the main factors in the digestive endoscopy nursing work time, whether to have received the related training of occupational protection.4.Strengthen the learning and training of digestive endoscopy room nurses of occupational protection knowledge, to improve the occupational protection consciousness, to standardize the behavior of occupational protection, do knowledge, attitude and practice harmonious and unified.
