Objective: To investigate the effect of turbidified active blood on renal function and HGF expression in patients with chronic renal failure(ckd3-5).Methods:Between January 2016 and December 2016,heilongjiang academy of traditional Chinese medicine kidney five inpatient and outpatient patients,in line with the wet turbid blood stasis type of chronic renal failure(CKD3-5),give change chaotic blood treatment for 8 weeks, serum creatinine and laboratory indexes before and after treatment, according to patients' serum creatinine values, rate of glomerular filtration in the MDRD formula, using enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)were determined before and after treatment serum, the expression of HGF in the urine. Results: 1.Patients with chronic renal failure with wet and turbid blood stasis were reduced by Scr and BUN after treatment of turbidized active blood, and GFR increased with statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Patients with chronic renal failure with wet and turbid blood stasis were significantly reduced in serum and urinary HGF after treatment of turbidized active blood, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Patients with chronic renal failure with wet and turbid blood type are mainly treated by turbidized active blood, but the Scr,BUN and GFR can be reduced to a certain extent, but the expression of HGF is decreased.
