Objective:To investigate urine and serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)、Thromlx-pondin-1(TSP-1) in CKD3 and CKD4 phase, find the relationships between VEGF 、 TSP-1 expression differences and the empirical differentiation of TCM in chronic renal failure. Methods:All patients were from TCM Nephrology 5 of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine during the period of 2015/01 to 2016/01. Collected 60 patients who can meet inclusion criteria and divided into two groups:Spleen and kidney deficiency group 28 cases 、 Wet blood stasis group 32 cases.Collected the serum creatinine values of chronic renal failure patients, use the improved MDRD formula to calculate the glomerular filtration rate, divided into CKD3 group and CKD4 group,CKD3 group 33 cases and CKD4 group 27 cases,20 Healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Taken blood and morning urine, centrifuged and retained,-80 cryogenic freeze.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the content of urinary and serum VEGF、TSP-1 on the patients and healthy persons. Results : 1.Compared with control group, the content of urinary and serum VEGF in Spleen and kidney deficiency group 、 Wet blood stasis group both increased significantly, however TSP-1 in Spleen and kidney deficiency group 、 Wet blood stasis group reduced significantly, a significant difference(P<0.01),indicating that VEGF 、 TSP-1 may involved in the pathological process of chronic renal failure;2.Compared with Wet blood stasis group, the content of urinary and serum VEGF、TSP-1 in Spleen and kidney deficiency group has no obviously changes(p>0.05),indicating that level change of VEGF 、 TSP-1 has no meaning to syndrome differentiation of chronic renal failure;3.Compared with CKD3 group, the content of urinary and serum VEGF in CKD4 group increased,a obvious difference(p<0.05), the content of urinary and serum TSP-1 in CKD4 group decreased,a obvious difference(p<0.05), indicate that there was a relationship between VEGF、TSP-1 level change and the development of chronic renal failure.Conclusion:1.Level change of VEGF、TSP-1 can not be used as an index of syndrome differentiation.2.There were relationships between VEGF 、 TSP-1 level change and the development of chronic renal failure.
