Study On Correlation Between Menstrual Migraine With Blood Stasis Syndrome And Estrogen

Objective:Through the detection of menstrual migraine with blood stasis syndrome patients in menstrual period the content of estrogen,estrogen and menstrual period menstrual migraine with blood stasis type of relationship,and probe of menstrual migraine with blood stasis type with menstrual period sex hormone related,with period for menstrual migraine dialectical treatment of Chinese medicine to provide reference for future microcosmic,combined treatment of Chinese medicine and Western medicine menstrual migraine drug choice for treatment,provide the basis to determine the efficacy and prognosis.Materials and methods:According to the menstrual migraine diagnostic criteria and blood stasis syndrome diagnostic criteria,selection of menstrual migraine patients 60 cases,divided into the blood stasis group(30 cases)and non-blood stasis group(30 cases),according to the headache index score and blood stasis syndrome in quantitative grading score standard score,and in the menstrual period 1?2 sky abdominal blood,sampling and inspection,the use of chemiluminescence(microparticle enzyme immunoassay)assays of estradiol(E2)content,at the same time to detect the maximum platelet aggregation rate,blood viscosity,choice of ambulatory health examination in 30 patients as a healthy control group,using the same method for the detection of estradiol(E2)content,the maximal platelet rate of aggregation,the whole blood viscosity,were statistically compared.Result:1.stasis group,non-blood stasis group,control group and age the results of variance analysis showed no significant difference(P>0.05);that the group results comparable.2.stasis group,non-blood stasis group and control group among three group overall estrogen levels had significant difference(P<0.01),in which the blood stasis group and control group,blood stasis group and non blood stasis and non-blood stasis group and control group were significantly different(P<0.01).3.stasis group,non-blood stasis group and control group between the three groups of the whole blood viscosity(low shear have obvious differences(P<0.05),the maximum aggregation rate is significantly different(P<0.01).4.migraine headache index have obvious differences,blood stasis syndrome integral significant difference(P<0.01),suggests that migraine various syndromes group had statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Menstruation estrogen levels are closely related with migraine attack.Menstrual period,estrogen levels decline is menstrual migraine important physiological and pathological mechanisms.2.Menstruation estrogen content and menstrual migraine with blood stasis type of relationship.is close,migraine during menstruation estrogen,blood viscosity for menstrual migraine with blood stasis syndrome with microscopic quantification of reference indexes,and the menstrual migraine patients with blood stasis syndrome could be taken to improve circulation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method provides a basis,for the Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of menstrual migraine presenting new the theory basis and the thought of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
