Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicinemedicated bath in regulating blood-stasis constitution of migraine andpreliminary explore its mechanism, and provide new thinking for clinicaltreatment of blood-stasis constitution of migraine and approach.Material and method:60patients met the diagnostic criteria of the Chineseand Western medicine and blood-stasis constitution in patients with migrainewere randomly divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases): Treatment group was treated with traditional acupuncture and Chinesemedicine medicated bath. Main points: taiyang(太阳),shuaigu(率谷),xuanlu(悬颅),touwei(头维),fengchi(风池)(affected side),waiguan(外关),taichong(太冲),zulinqi(足临泣)(both sides).Chinese medicine bath: the patient sittingin a sterile tub, soaking in the stasis constitution medical liquid.15-20minutes at first time, adding the time everytime until it takes30minutes. Thewater temperature was maintained at30~35℃. control group was treated only withtraditional acupuncture. Period of treatment: acupuncture1times a day, medicated bath twice, two groups were treated for2courses,a course of10days.After treatment, observing the two groups before and after treatment in patientswith headache frequency (times/month), the degree of headache, headache duration(hours/days), accompanied by changes in symptoms, headache integrated points,blood-stasis constitution conversion points and blood-stasis quantitativeintegral in order to assess the clinical efficacy.Results:1. After the treatment, the treatment group and control group total effectiverate were100%,93.33%and contrast two groups of treatment were effective, butthe treatment group was better than the control group. The number of headache treatment and control group after treatment headache frequency, the degree ofheadache, headache duration, accompanied by changes in symptoms, headacheintegrated points, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05), butthe treatment group was better than the control group.2. After the treatment, the treatment group decreased significantly larger thanthe control group in blood-stasis constitution conversion points. Conversionpoints of treatment was compared with the control group by SPSS, and there wassignificant differences(P﹤0.05), which meant that the treatment group madepatients’constitution improved. The blood-stasis quantitative integral oftreatment group was obviously lower than the control group’s (P﹤0.05), saidthe treatment group in improving blood-stasis constitution than that in controlgroup obviously. Conclusion:Both traditional acupuncture treatment combined with Chinese medicine bathand traditional acupuncture treatment have good therapeutic effect on headachefrequency, the degree of headache, headache duration and accompanied by changesin symptoms, but the former one was better on improving the headache symptom,blood-stasis constitution and so on than the later one. So there will be a newfocus on treating migraine by regulating the blood-stasis constitution ofmigraine patient and improving the stasis symptoms, and take advantage of theChinese medicine bath on prevention and treatment of diseases.
