Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Abdominal Pain In Children(Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Cold Type)by The Massage Method Of Wenzhong Zhitong

Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy by the massage method of Wenzhong Zhitong in treating abdominal pain(spleen-stomach deficiency cold type)in children,and in order to provide a more reliable and efficient massage prescription for clinical.Methods: 62 cases of abdominal pain were randomly divided into 2 groups,31 cases in treatment group and 31 cases in control group.Among them,the treatment group was treated with the massage method of Wenzhong Zhitong,and the control group was treated with routine massage.The scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and the recurrence of children after 1month were recorded.Collate the data,use SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze,observe the difference of clinical curative effect between the two groups.Results: the total effective rate was 93.55% in the treatment group and83.87% in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the symptoms and signs of the two groups,the total score of different levels of reduction,the two groups before and after the two groups before and after treatment was different(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups had significant curative effect abdominal pain in children;compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the main symptoms and signs(abdominal pain degree,abdominal pain frequency,abdominal pain time)and secondary symptoms and signs(abdominal pain nature,facial color Shaohua,cold hands and feet,appetite,loose stools,abnormal tongue coating),the two groups were different(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the two in improving abdominal distension(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 17.24% lower than that of the control group(42.31%),and the difference between the two groups was different(P<0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of abdominal pain(spleen-stomach deficiency cold type)by the massage method of Wenzhong Zhitong and routine massage is effective.The massage method of Wenzhong Zhitong has more advantages in improving symptoms and signs,and the long-term effect is more stable,so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
