Objectives The clinical factors were collected and the factors influencing the postoperative satisfaction of plastic surgery were analyzed by using the surgeon in orthopedic surgery at North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital.Methods From March 2015 to January 2017,the general population sociology data of768 surgeons who were treated by Department of Orthopedic Surgery in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital were collected.The patients were followed up for 1 month and 3 months after operation.In the postoperative 3months after the referral of postoperative satisfaction evaluation of the collection,which excluded due to hospital surgery and improper operation and other factors caused by postoperative dissatisfaction.Postoperative satisfaction was assessed on the basis of very satisfied,satisfied,dissatisfied and very dissatisfied.The dissatisfied patients were asked to fill in the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and 90 Symptom Lists(SCL-90).The questionnaire was randomly selected from the satisfaction group.100 subjects were used as controls to complete the EPQ and SCL-90 Personality Psychology Questionnaire.The general data were analyzed by rank sum test,and the multivariate and orderly regression analysis was carried out on the significant indexes.Statistical analysis was performed on the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire and the SCL-90 Score questionnaire using the mean addition and subtraction standard deviation and the independent sample t test.Results The difference between the age factor and the marital status factor in the postoperative satisfaction evaluation was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The difference between the age factor and the marital status factor in the postoperative satisfaction evaluation is statistically significant(P <0.05).but there was no significant difference between the two groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).The scores of psychosis,somatization,anxiety and paranoia in the satisfaction group were significantly lower than those in the unsatisfactory group(P<0.05),and the scores of the satisfaction group were significantly lower than those of the dissatisfied group(P <0.05)Forced,interpersonal,anxiety,hostility,terror,mental illness and other aspects of the score,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions 1)In the aspect of population sociological factors,the factors influencing postoperative satisfaction include age and marital status,and the satisfaction of patients aged over 60 years was the lowest,and 18 to 30 patients with the highest satisfaction evaluation.In marital status,the satisfaction rate of divorced patients was lowest,and the satisfaction of married patients was highest.2)Psychological factors,somatization,anxiety,psychoticism and paranoia are the main factors influencing the postoperative facial plastic surgery patients satisfaction,with the higher the score,the patient satisfaction is on the decline.
