Objective Cosmetic surgery patients'postoperative satisfaction ratings are the key purpose of patients performing operation. The complexity of cosmetology not only attributes to a rapid development of medical technology, but also to these patients complex personality traits. The amount of eye portion is the primacy of cosmetic surgery, and majority patients are female. Consequently there is realistic significance to study personality traits of patients undergoing for cosmetic surgery total development. This study chooses the quantitative analysis of personality traits of female eyelid-bag patients and explores the relativity between personality traits assessment of patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery and patients postoperative satisfaction ratings, in order that reduce some unnecessary medical frictions. To study Psychological status of patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery in Urumchi and the relative research on patients postoperative satisfaction ratings in order to provide theoretic of science for doctor of plastic and aesthetic surgery and reducing unnecessary medical tangle. Methods 145 patients who underwent plastic and aesthetic surgery were investigated with EPQ,SCL-90 Postoperative patients adopt satisfaction questionnaire; According to the satisfaction questionnaire, we split patients into two groups- the satisfactory group and the dissatisfactory group, compare the difference between the two groups in every index and research patients postoperative satisfaction ratings. Result 1.The postoperative satisfaction ratings of the patients with plastic and aesthetic surgery have nothing to do with the professional job title and the record of formal schooling of the surgeon. 2. Two groups have no difference in the social demographics.3. The dissatisfactory group has the symptom of the screwball and the body. 4. the cranky selfhood comparing with the satisfactory group. Conclusion When patients in condition of unstable feeling, badness, harbor suspicious, and coercion thinking or action, they may not approve of postoperative satisfaction ratings after plastic and aesthetic surgery.
