| Objective: To investigate the value of carbon nanoparticles technology on lymph node dissection in radical resection for colorectal cancer,and to analyze the effect of carbon nano tracer on the prognosis in patients.Method: 95 cases of colorectal cancer patients hospitaled in No.401 Hospital of PLA from December 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group(45 cases)and control group(50 cases).For the experimental group,a total of 1m L carbon nanoparticles was injected at 4-6 locations subserously around the cancerous site,and intraoperative stained lymph nodes were used as markers to guide lymphadenectomy in the colorectal radical procedure.Lymph node dissection and postoperative outcomes in two groups of patients was compared.Following up to March 2017 as the end of the experiment,the survival rate of the two groups was compared.Results: The two groups had no statistical difference in basic characteristic(P>0.05).However,the number of lymph node dissection in the two groups was 14.2±4.3 and 11.7±3.1,the number of positive lymph node was 5.9±2.6 and 3.7±1.8,the number of short diameter of <5 mm lymph node was 5.3±2.4 and 2.8±1.9,the number of short diameter of <5 mm positive lymph node was 4.4±1.8 and 2.5±1.3,respectively.The differences were statistically significant between two groups,t(P<0.05).The total number of dyed lymph nodes in the experimental group was 399,accounting for 62.3% of the total number of lymph nodes detected.The number of positive dyed lymph node was 202,accounting for 75.7% of the positive lymph nodes in the experimental group and accounting for 84.9% of the short diameter of <5 mm lymph nodes.Survival analysis showed that the overall prognosis of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The usage of nano carbon tracer can increase the number of lymph node in colorectal cancer radical operation and improve the prognosis of patients.Nano carbon tracer has a good clinical application value. |
