Objective:The research of Xining area of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs CRP)as well as the distribution of other indicators in patients with type 2 diabetes(such as age, gender, waist circumference,BMI,Hb A1 c,fasting plasma glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance index, serum total cholesterol and triglyceride)effect on high sensitivity C reactive protein, provide more theory for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes foundation. Methods:The overall analysis of the selected 235 cases of patients with serum hs CRP levels, and different age groups and different gender groups were analyzed after grouping according to the level of hs CRP;the selected single factor were divided into hs CRP normal group and abnormal group for each index analysis and logistic multivariate regression analysis of each index of P<0.05.Result:1.The level of hs CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Xining was in the range of 0.05 to 10 mmol / L.The geometric mean of the population is 3.91 mg / L,and the percentile of ninety-fifth is 8.25 mg / L.2.The study area of Xining inpatients with type 2 diabetes, whether there were differences in males or females hs CRP levels in different age groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and hs CRP increased with age and increased. There was no significant difference in P>0.05 between male and female in the same age group.3.The level of serum hs CRP(≤3 mg / L,>3 / mg L)were divided into normal group and abnormal group, respectively, and each index of single factor analysis, age, course of disease,Hb A1 c,FPG,2h PG,LDL-C in the two groups P<0.05,the difference is statistical significance;other indicators P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference.4.To hs CRP(less than 3 mg / L,>3 / mg L)as the dependent variable, using single factor analysis of the indicators of P<0.05 as independent variables, multivariate logistic regression analysis, age,Hb A1 c,FPG,LDL-C and P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant(OR=1.449,95% Hb A1 c,CI 1.0511.998.P=0.024 LDL-L(OR=1.372,95%CI),1.0101.865,P=0.043),FPG(OR=1.212,95%CI 1.0621.382,P=0.004),age(OR=1.072,95%CI 1.0381.108,P<0.001).conclusion:1.In the study of Xining type of diabetes mellitus patients with type 2 diabetes,no matter in the male or female population, there was a difference in hs CRP level between different age groups, and hs CRP increased with the increase of age.But there is no significant difference in hs CRP levels between sexes in the same age group.2.Hb A1 c,LDL-C,FPG,age is a factor affecting the level of hs CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes in Xining.
