Clinical Observation Of SHAOYAOTANGJIAJIAN Retentiong Enema Combined With Mesalazine Enteric Coated Tablets For Oral Treatment Of DACHANGSHIREXING Ulcerative Colitis

1 Objective The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of SHAOYAOTANGJIAJIAN retention enema combined with oral mesalazine enteric coated tablets in patients with DACHANGSHIREXING UC,and to objectively evaluate the efficacy of SHAOYAOTANGJIAJIAN retention enema combined with oral mesalazine enteric coated tablets.2 methodsIn this study,a total of 60 UC patients(without exfoliation cases)who visited the Department of Gastroenterology,Wuhu City traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and whose syndrome differentiation was all of large intestine dampness type,were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,which were treated with HAOYAOTANGJIAJIAN retention enema combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets orally,while the control group was treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets orally alone in a course of 4 weeks,and the ESR and hs-CRP levels before and after treatment were observed,endoscopic mucosal manifestations and changes in TCM symptom scores at pretreatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment were collated and analyzed by SPSS 24.0 to compare the differences in clinical efficacy between the experimental and control groups.3 ResultsFrom the endoscopic colonic mucosal score,the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group(P < 0.05),and from the Traditional Chinese Medicines yndrome efficacy evaluation,the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 76.67% in the control group(P < 0.05).And there were no adverse events in either group.4 conclusions(1)In the present study of 60 patients with DACHANGSHIREXING UC,there were more male patients than female patients;(2)In the present study of 60 patients with DACHANGSHIREXING UC,the extent of the lesion was mainly left colon,and the severity was moderate;(3)SHAOYAOTANGJIAJIAN retention enema combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets orally is beneficial for reducing the inflammation degree of DACHANGSHIREXING UC patients;(4)SHAOYAOTANGJIAJIAN retention enema combined with mesalazine enteric coated tablets orally is beneficial for promoting the healing of diseased mucosa DACHANGSHIREXING UC patients;(5)SHAOYAOTANGJIAJIAN retention enema combined with oral administration of mesalazine enteric coated tablets can help to improve the symptoms of DACHANGSHIREXING UC patients,especially in diarrhea,abdominal distension,mucopurulent stools,dry mouth,and tenesmus etal.
