| Purpose:In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of patients with hemorrhoids during the rehabilitation and quality of life,to explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation and quality of life after hemorrhoid surgery.In order to form to help patients better understand the disease,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve the quality of life of patients with a series of efficient and useful methods of nursing intervention,and provide a theoretical reference for the clinical nursing of patients with hemorrhoids in the future.Method:This research adopts the method of clinical nursing intervention,70 cases of hemorrhoids postoperative patients were divided into control group and intervention group,the control group with routine nursing measures,the intervention group in addition to the implementation of routine nursing measures,then with targeted care pain nursing,psychological nursing,social support and health education intervention.The Changhai pain rating scale,SAS self rating anxiety scale,Chinese version of the SF-36 health survey scale,from the aspects of pain,anxiety,quality of life and postoperative hemorrhoids and other related symptoms,the patients in the two groups before and after intervention in the investigation and assessment,comparative analysis,comparison between the two groups the postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life,so that the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hemorrhoids and the quality of life.Result:70 patients were divided into control group and intervention group according to the order of admission time,each group has 35 people.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the general information,such as age and sex(P>0.05).According to the two groups before the intervention and post intervention survey results show that,in pain,anxiety,edema,bulge degree,the time of the first postoperative urination and defecation time and defecation time,intervention evaluation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life,control group patients and patients in the intervention group were compared with before intervention improved(P<0.05),and in the two group of comparison between groups,patients in the intervention group was the quality of life in the 8 dimensions of the score compared with the control group,scores improved significantly(P<0.05),comprehensive nursing intervention is particularly prominent superiority.Conclusion:Two groups of patients in the nursing intervention,the anxiety,pain,edema,bulge degree,the time of the first postoperative urination and defecation time and defecation time,patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group were improved;the quality of life,the two groups of patients in the 8 dimensions of physiological function,physiological function,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health,were improved compared with before intervention,and the intervention group was significantly better than the control group,comprehensive nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with hemorrhoids postoperative quality of life and the influence effect is prominent. |
