| ObjectiveUsing tonifying spleen yiqi medicinal food pitaya ginseng tempeh intervention gas pixu(spleen deficient)in patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery, observe two groups of patients before and after the intervention condition defecation, wound healing,Chinese medicine symptom integral and the improvement of the quality of life,by observation of clinical effect to evaluate pitaya ginseng tempeh prevention and control of spleen deficiency qi depression efficacy and safety of the postoperative complications.Provide the basis for clinical research in medicinal food for using further promotion in futureMethodsIn this study,72 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were recruited from the anorectal ward of a hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang Province from December 2021 to December 2022,and randomly divided according to the random number table method:36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.Patients in both groups received mixed hemorrhoids selective hemorrhoidal superior mucosa resection under combined lumbo-epidural block anesthesia. The control group received routine nursing, and the treatment group received herbal diet with dragon fruit, ginseng and fermented black bean(60g/box)after breakfast from the first day after surgery. It was fermented with patented technology(201510117540.2).After 14 days of continuous administration, the recovery of the two groups of patients was observed.Anal pain during defecation, postoperative defecation, wound area and wound healing rate were evaluated by VAS scale.TCM syndromes of patients were evaluated by spleen deficiency qi depression syndrome score and the quality of life was evaluated by SF-36 quality of life scale. The safety and effectiveness of medicated diet were evaluated comprehensively.Based on the "Chinese Medicine Industry Standards of the People’s Republic of China" and "Chinese Medicine Proctology Clinical efficacy standards of Efficacy Standards and "Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Traditional Chinese Medicine"(2002)to evaluation the treatment Effectiveness.ResultsThere was no abscission in 72 patients during observation. There were no significant differences in age distribution, sex distribution and duration of disease between experimental group and control group(P>0.05).Based on the test data, statistical software was used to analyze as follows:1.Evaluation of rehabilitation effect(1)Evaluation of defecation situation① Evaluation of the degree of anal pain during defecation:VAS of the two groups were compared.Comparison of results between groups:VAS of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different after intervention(P<0.05);Comparison of results within the two groups:VAS after intervention was significantly different from that before intervention(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in postoperative pain relief.②Evaluation of postoperative defecation:The defecation situation of the two groups was compared, and the results between the groups were compared:after intervention, the defecation situation of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05);Results Comparison:There were significant differences between the two groups in defecation after intervention compared with before intervention(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in postoperative improvement of defecation.(2)Evaluation of wound healing①Evaluation of wound area:The wound area was compared between the two groups, and the results were compared between the two groups:After intervention, there was a significant difference in the wound area between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05);Comparison of results in two groups:there were significant differences in the wound area between two groups after intervention compared with before intervention(P<0.05).②Evaluation of wound healing rate:The wound healing rate of the two groups was compared.Comparison of results between groups:After intervention, the wound healing rate of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05);Comparison of results in the two groups:the wound healing rate after intervention was significantly different from that before intervention(P<0.05),and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in postoperative wound healing rate.(3)Clinical efficacy evaluation:The efficacy was evaluated on the 14th day after surgery, and the effective rate of the experimental group was 97.22%.The effective rate of the control group was 91.67%,and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Quality of life evaluationThe quality of life of patients in the two groups was compared, and the results between the groups were compared:after intervention, the improvement of 7 dimension indicators:physiological function, emotional function, physiological function, vitality, physical pain, mental health and overall health were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),while the difference of social function was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Comparison of results within groups:There were significant differences in 7 dimensions of physiological function, emotional function, physiological function, vitality, physical pain, mental health and overall health between the two groups before and after intervention(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance in social function(P>0.05).3.TCM syndrome score evaluation The TCM syndrome score of the two groups was compared, and the results were compared between groups:after intervention, the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(P<0.05);Comparison of results in two groups:there were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between two groups after intervention compared with before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion1.In this study, the medicinal diet for invigorating spleen and qi can relieve the anal pain of patients with spleen deficiency and qi depression mixed hemorrhoids during postoperative defecation, promote defecation and wound healing, and improve the rehabilitation effect.2.The study of supplementing spleen and invigorating qi medicinal diet can improve the quality of life of patients with spleen deficiency and qi depression mixed hemorrhoids.3.In this study, the medicinal diet of invigorating spleen and qi can reduce the TCM syndrome of patients with spleen deficiency and qi depression mixed hemorrhoids, and effectively improve the TCM syndrome. |
