| Objective:To discuss the cone beam CT measurement of with unilateral mastication the temporomandibular joint space changes and comparing with healthy people on the influence of the temporomandibular joint space.Methods:Selection in December2014-August2016 temporomandibular disorders diagnosis also 30 has a long unilateral mastication,choose 30 cases of healthy people cone beam CT imaging of temporomandibular joint and get the three reconstruction image contrast measurement of temporomandibular joint space of bilateral condylar position of symmetry.using spss22.0 statistical software for patients with unilateral mastication anterior、superior 、posterior the temporomandibular joint space for the statistical analysis with the control group,difference between groups using independent sample mean t test and rank and inspection.Results:Compared the unilateral mastication group and control group temporomandibular joint space results shown: anterior,superior joint space is higher than that of control group,which was statistically significant(p < 0.05).left and unilateral mastication group and left control group joint space compared with the results shown: anterior,superior joint space is higher than that of control group.which was statistically significant(p< 0.05).right unilateral mastication group compared with right control group joint spaces results:The same,anterior,superior joint space is higher than that of control group,differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05).right and left unilateral mastication group joint space compared the results shown: is similar on both sides of the joint space,there was no statistically significant difference between the two(p> 0.05).Conclusion:To study revealed than unilateral mastication on temporomandibular joint space change have influence condylar position shift backwards down the possibility of more.once again proved the temporomandibular joint activities is to have a certain correlation. |
