Objective: This topic takes the cancerous pain body pain in patients with stagnation of blood stasis type as the research object,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine sticking method in the treatment of cancer pain, body pain in the stagnation of blood stasis type.Methords: In this study 120 patients of meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 60 cases. The control group was treated with morphine sustained-release tablets for the treatment of cancer pain. The treatment group was treated with morphine sustained release tablets, acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine sticking method for the treatment of cancer pain. The dosage of morphine was adjusted according to the degree of pain during the treatment, the immediate release morphine was given to treat the break-out pain. The treatment cycle is 14 days. Both groups were compared before and after the daily dose of morphine sustained release tablets, the quality of life score(KPS score),the pain intensity(NRS score),the times of break-out pain, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and syndrome curative effect, safety indicators and adverse reactions, which were the evaluation of the clinical curative effect and safety of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine sticking method in treatment of cancer pain, body pain in the stagnation of blood stasis type. Results:Comparison of the baseline data: there were no statistically significant difference and can be comparable between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender, age, the distribution of primary tumors, the distribution of pain sites, the distribution of the degree of pain(P>0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant difference and can be comparable between the treatment group and the control group in terms of daily dose of morphine sustained release tablets,KPS score,NRS score, the times of break-out pain and TCM symptom score and so on(all P>0.05).Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment:(1)Daily dose of morphine sustained release tablets: the daily dose of morphine sustained release tablets in the treatment group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The evaluation of quality of life: after treatment, the KPS scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, the KPS score of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group. The improved effective rate of KPS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).(3)The evaluation of the efficacy of pain: the NRS scores of the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment, and the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group. The pain relief rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).(4)The times of break-out pain: the two groups after the treatment of the number of bursts of pain were lower than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)TCM symptom score and the efficacy of TCM syndrome:(1)The treatment group was better than the control group in improving pain and food intake, differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);there were no statistical significances of the two group in dark purple tongue, pulse acerbity, scaly dry skin, manic(all P>0.05).(2)The total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The efficacy of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Safety indicators:before and after treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, blood coagulation function and ECG(P>0.05).Adverse reactions:some patients appeared loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, constipation and other symptoms, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the treatment group were less than those in the control group. All adverse reactions were mild, and no patients withdrew from the study because of adverse reactions. Conclusion: It is proved that acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine sticking method is effective and safe in the treatment of cancer pain, body pain in the stagnation of blood stasis type.
