| ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect of Xiao yin decoction combine with traditional chinese medical herbs bath in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by observing and analyzing the PASI score befor and after the treatment.MetheodsSelected 70 patients which belong to both psoriasis vulgaris in western medicine and white mange in traditional chinses medical,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 patients in each group.Treatment group were treated with Xiao yin decoction combine with traditional chinese medical herbs bath and control group with compound XIAO YIN decoction.The course of test lasted 8 weeks.4 weeks treatment for a course,A total treatment was two courses.Patients need to return visit once a week.At the end of treatment tht PASI score,pruritus severity score,skin lesions of the individual symptom severity score,DLQI score,performance under dermoscopy,the curative effects were compared before and after treatment while observing if there has any adverse reactions since the whole process.Processing data with spss20.0.Results1.There are 4 shedding cases so in the actual clinical research only 66 patients completed the whole course of treatment.the treatment group and the control group each had 33 cases.There has no statistical significance in the completion ofteratment,sexual distinction,family history,age,duration of disease,tht PASI score,pruritus severity score,DLQI score among the two proups before the treatment(p>0.05),The two group were comparable.2.After the teratment both of the treatment group and the control group has different rate reduce compared with before in skin lesions of the individual symptom severity score,pruritus severity score,PASI score,DIQL score,and the treatment group has the prior in improving symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks of the treatment,the two groups were compared the PASI score with befor treatment,the differences were significant(P<0.05).the two groups both can reduce the condition of psoriasis vulgaris,and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the PASI score.3.The comparison between the two proups in efficacy:In the treatment group,4were cured,16 were markedly effective,9 were effective,4 were ineffective,the effective rate was 60.60%,and the total effective rate was 87.87%.In the control group,2 were cured,15 were markedly effective,9 were effective,7 were ineffective,and the effective rate was 51.52%.the total effective rate was 78.78%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in clinical efficacy.Quantitative copmuter-aided image analysis using dermoscopic images could be an alermative method to determine the severity of Psorasis Vulgaris lesions.4.The treatment group,s recurrence rate was 13.79 %,the control group,s recurrence rate was 47.62%,the 2 groups,differences was statically significant(P<0.05).During the period of alleviation,The treatment groups maintenance time was more longer than the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group,s incidence of adverse reactions rate was 3.03%,the control group,s incidence of adverse reactions rate was 3.03%,the 2 groups,differences wasn,t statically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Xiao yin decoction combine with traditional chinese medical herbs bath has the significantly therapeutic effect on psoriasis vulgaris,and it can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of the patient,representing in abate thetarget lesionscales,infiltration,systemic symptoms,DIQL score.Xiao yin decoction combine with traditional chinese medical herbs bath is better in curative effect,good safety,and low recurrence rate.2.Compared between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the curative effect.Xiao yin decoction combine with traditional chinese medical herbs bath Worthy of promotion inclinical. |
