| Objective: through the clinical observation of Bushen heying decoction combined with maixuekang capsule in treating perimenopausal hysteromyoma with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,this paper analyzes the mechanism of action between perimenopausal syndrome and hysteromyoma growth,and explores a conservative treatment method to regulate the endocrine of the body as a whole,so as to coordinate the new idea of relieving the symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome and reducing the relative balance of hysteromyoma,and the clinical curative effect is positive,so as to guide clinical practice.Methods: All cases were collected from November 2015 to July 2017 in Wuhan City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors gynecological clinic patients,according to relevant diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria,screening in accordance with perimenopausal kidney deficiency and blood stasis type uterine fibroids patients 68 Cases were treated with Bushenheying Decoction(1 dose/day,divided into two doses)+ pulse blood capsule(4 capsules/time,2 times/day).Menstruation closure(< 1 year) started on the day of treatment.Those who have not had menopause(except perimenopausal menorrhagia)avoid taking menstrual period.A small amount of bleeding period is reduced or suspended.The medication is taken within 1 month and not less than 21 days,1 month for a cycle,3 months for a course of treatment,continuous treatment after 3 menstrual cycles,observe the patient before and after treatment total clinical efficiency,perimenopausal symptoms relief,menstrual conditions,B ultrasound prompts uterine volume,uterine muscle Tumor size and ovarian status,estradiol(E2)value,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)value,luteinizing hormone(LH)value,thyroid function,tumor markers(CEA,CA199,CA125),alanine aminotransferase(Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),Creatinine(Cr),Urea nitrogen(Ur),Hemoglobin(Hb),Triglyceride(TG),Total cholesterol(Total cholesterol,Tcho),D-dimer,drug safety.Results: 1.Clinical therapeutic effect: After comparison of various indicators,the total effective rate after treatment with Bushenheyingtang + Pharmacy of Blood and Blood is 85%,and the curative effect is considerable and credible.2.TCM syndrome efficacy: After treatment,the symptoms of hot flushes,night sweats,and other skin symptoms improved significantly(p<0.01);after treatment,menstrual conditions improved compared with before,and Menstruation closure(<1 year),Excluding 30 cases,menopause menstrual recovery continued to be maintained Example 17,menstrual reduction in 19 cases,increased menstrual flow in 2 cases;the total score of TCM syndrome before and after treatment was significantly different,the results were statistically significant(p <0.01);3,uterine volume,fibroid size: After treatment,B ultrasound prompted 47 cases of reduced uterine volume,no change in 20 cases,1 case increased;after treatment B ultrasound prompted fibroid enlargement 6 For example,41 cases remained unchanged,13 cases decreased,and 8 cases disappeared.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).4.Sex hormone examination: FSH and LH values decreased after treatment,E2 values were lower There was an increase before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01).5.Drug safety assessment: No significant allergic and adverse reactions and toxic and side effects occurred before and after clinical treatment,blood,urine routine,liver and kidney function,There were no abnormalities before and after blood lipid results.Conclusion: Bushenheying Decoction and Yinxuekang Capsule in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine fibroids,analysis of the mechanism of action and effectiveness,not only can significantly improve the perimenopausal women hot flashes,night sweats and other skin sensory symptoms,regulate the patient’s reproductive endocrine status,improve menstruation Conditions,and can reduce or control the size of fibroids,and effectively coordinate the contradiction between perimenopausal(senile)and uterine fibroids(growth),so as to avoid the possibility of surgical treatment and postoperative recurrence and improve the patient’s life quality.No adverse drug reactions or side effects occurred during the treatment period.It can be seen that the use of Bushenheying Decoction combined with pulse blood capsules to treat the disease is safe and effective,and it is accepted by the majority of patients in the most economical way,providing theoretical basis and practical experience for further clinical research and promotion. |
