| Objective:Through observing the change of clinical symptoms and signs,cardiac function classification,plasma NT-proBNP level,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),some comprehensive index such as heart failure echocardiography index(HFEI),Tei index on the chronic heart failure(CHF)patients with heart qi(yang)deficiency type,evaluate the efficacy of Xinlishen on the CHF patients with heart qi(yang)deficiency type objectively and explore the clinical value of Xinlishen furtherly.Method:According to the inclusion criteria of this research,60 patients with heart qi(yang)deficiency type of CHF were divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)randomly.The control group was treated with standard western medicine anti-heart failure treatment.The treatment group was treated with standard western medicine and Xinlishen(Prescription:Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis,Poria cocos,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Atractylodes macrocephala,et al),last for 4 weeks.We analyze the change of safety index and curative effect index before and after the treatment to evaluate the efficacy of Xinlishen on the CHF patients with heart qi(yang)deficiency type objectively and explore the clinical value of Xinlishen furtherly.Results:1.Both of the two groups had a significant decrease in the TCM syndrome score after the treatment(P<0.01),and the control group was superior to the treatment group.To compare with the control group,The reduced value of TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly decreased after the therapy and had statistical significance(P<0.01).Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of control group was 50.0%and the treatment group was 83.34%.The effective rate of treatment group was superior to the control group and it had statistical significance(P<0.01).2.Comparing the efficacy of heart function classification,the effective rate of control group was 56.67%and the treatment group was 90%.The effective rate of treatment group was significantly superior to the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.01).3.Comparing the efficacy of Lee’s heart failure integral,the effective rate of control group was 40.0%and the treatment group was 83.33%.The effective rate of treatment group was significantly superior to the control group and had statistical significance(P<0.01),4.After the treatment,the LVEF of two groups both increased significantly and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.001).The change of LVEF after the therapy between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).Comparing the increased rate of LVEF after the treatment,the two groups had obviously statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.5.After the treatment,the HFEI of two groups both decreased significantly and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).However,the change of HFEI after the therapy between the control group and the treatment group didn’t had statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparing the reduced rate of HFEI after the treatment,the two groups didn’t had statistical significance(P>0.05).6.After the treatment,the Tei index of two groups both decreased significantly and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The change of Tei index after the therapy between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparing the reduced rate of Tei index after the treatment,the two groups had obviously statistical significance(P<0.001),the treatment group was superior to the control group.7.The plasma NT-proBNP level of the two groups decreased after the treatment,both of them had apparently statistical significance(P<0.001).The change of plasma NT-proBNP level after the treatment between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01).Comparing the reduced rate of plasma NT-proBNP level after the treatment,the two groups had obviously statistical significance(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:1.This study suggests that the standard western medicine anti-heart failure treatment combined with Xinlishen can better improve the clinical symptoms,signs and cardiac function classification of the CHF patients with heart-Qi(Yang)deficiency type.2.This study suggests that the standard western medicine anti-heart failure treatment combined with Xinlishen can further decrease the Tei index,plasma NT-proBNP level、HFEI and increase LVEF in the CHF patients with heart qi(yang)deficiency type.3.This study suggests that Xinlishen has a certain effect to the CHF patients with heart qi(yang)deficiency type,and it also has good safety. |
