Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney By Acupoint Application Of Hutai Plaster Clinical Research

Objective:This study is based on the home-made preparation of Hutai decoction by Professor Huang Yongcheng,a renowned physician sent from our Jinling School of Medicine.Building on its excellent clinical efficacy in treating abortion threats,some of which are patients with gastrointestinal reactions or rejection of medicinal herbs during pregnancy,Professor Zhao Wei combined his many years of rich clinical experience to make chemical adjustments.in the Hutai decoction.By changing the dosage form,he created the acupoint application of Hutai ointment.By changing the dosage form,we created an acupoint application of Hutai ointment,and found that it could treat early signs of spleen and kidney deficiency when combined with dydrogesterone tablets.Clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of HuTaiPang acupoint application in treating threatened miscarriage due to spleen and kidney deficiency by dynamically observing clinical symptoms of TCM,serum pregnancy hormones(P,β-HCG,E2)and pelvic ultrasound in patients with spontaneous abortion.It provides a better idea and method for the clinical treatment of threatened abortion and prevents adverse pregnancy outcomes.Method:Selected from November 2019 to January 2021 to go to the gynecological inpatient/outpatient clinic of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 cases were diagnosed as early threatened abortion and syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency.After the patients signed the informed consent form,they were randomly divided into treatment group(acupoint application with typhoid cream+dydrogesterone)and control group(only dydrogesterone was used in this treatment),each group There were 30 patients in each case and were treated until 12 weeks of gestation.Regard 2 weeks as a course of treatment,and dynamically observe the TCM syndrome scores of patients before and after treatment,and check their progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),and β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β)before intervention.-HCG)level,and monitor hormone levels again after receiving intervention for 1 course and 2 courses,combined with pelvic B-ultrasound to assess embryonic development and judge the comprehensive curative effect of the disease,and conduct a return visit to the pregnancy outcome.Use SPSS26.0 to process,analyze the curative effect of acupoint application of Hutai Gao and its influence on related indexes,and explore its mechanism of prevention and treatment of early threatened abortion due to deficiency of spleen and kidney.Results:①Baseline data:After statistical analysis,there is no significant difference between the two groups of patients in the number of days of menopause,number of miscarriages,age,pregnancy hormone levels before treatment and other factors(P>0.05).The two groups can be compared.②TCM syndrome score:Both the treatment group and the control group can alleviate the patients’ TCM symptoms,and can effectively reduce the patient’s syndrome score(P<0.05).The acupoint application of HuTai ointment combined with dydrogesterone can significantly reduce TCM Syndrome score(P<0.01).③The curative effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group in terms of TCM syndrome curative effect and disease comprehensive curative effect(P<0.05).④Pregnancy hormones:The two groups of patients were tested for pregnancy hormones(β-HCG,P,E2)before treatment,1 course of treatment,and after 2 courses of treatment.The serum levels of β-HCG,P,E2 in the two groups were improved.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum P levels after 1 course of treatment and β-HCG,P,E2 levels after 2 courses of treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group with western medicine alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two treatments There was no difference in β-HCG and E2 levels after one course of treatment(P>0.05).Hutai ointment combined with dydrogesterone was better than the treatment group in improving the level of pregnancy hormones in patients.⑤The mechanism of the treatment of threatened abortion by the acupoint application of Hutai Gao is that it can improve the levels of P,β-HCG,and E2,thereby maintaining embryonic development and improving pregnancy outcome.⑥There was no statistical difference in pelvic ultrasound after two courses of treatment between the two groups of patients,and the acupoint application of Hutai Gao had no adverse effect on the embryonic development of the patients.⑦During the use of tire care cream,no patients had skin redness,swelling,itching,blisters,etc.,and there was no effect on the patient’s biochemical indicators.Conclusion:This study demonstrated that the application of Hutai Gao acupoints combined with dydrogesterone effectively treated the threat of early abortion due to spleen and kidney deficiency,significantly increased the serum pregnancy hormones of women(P,β-HCG,E2),improved the symptoms of TCM and had excellent overall efficacy.for single-use dydrogesterone.Furthermore,the application of Accupoint of the tire protection plaster is safe and reliable in clinical use,does not adversely affect the biochemical indicators of the patient and does not adversely affect the offspring.
