Relationship Between Human Papillomavirus Infection And Vaginal Microenvironment And Chinese Medicine Intervention Study

Purpose:To understand the changes of the changes of vaginal microenvironment before and after HPV infection,analyze the correlation between high-risk HPV infection and vaginal microenvironment;observe the clinical efficacy of high-risk HPV positive patients treated with oral Chinese herbs for external use;Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Vagina Microenvironment in High Risk HPV Infection Patients.Method:Collected 60 patients undergoing HPV examination from May 2017 to January 2018 in the Department of Gynecology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Among them,30 were positive for high-risk HPV infection(n = 30).HPV examination was performed at the physical examination center(healthy people).Negative 30 patients were set as negative(n = 30).The vaginal microenvironment was tested in the positive and negative groups,respectively,and the differences in the vagjinal microenvironment between the positive group and the negative group were compared.At the same time,the HPV-positive group was randomly divided into two groups.17 cases treated with internal medicine for external use were given as intervention group(n = 17).13 cases without treatment and regular physical examination were set as follow-up group(n = 13).After March,respectively,the intervention group,follow-up examination of patients with HPV examination,evaluation of external use of traditional Chinese medicine on the high-risk HPV-positive clinical efficacy.Finally,the vaginal microenvironment was detected in the patients who were negative after 3 months of intervention,and the change of vaginal microenvironment before and after the negative conversion of high-risk HPV was observed.Results:1.The coverage of the study population was greater than 99%,at the level of the door Firmicute vaginal flora;genus level,Lactobacillus vaginal dominant bacteria.2.The detection of vaginal bacteria found six main doors,HPV-negative group of patients to Fusobacteria dominant bacteria,HPV-positive patients Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria constitute the dominant microflora flora.After oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine intervention turned negative,there are vaginal microflora community dominated by Fusobacteria and Firmicutes.3.The detection of three groups were found in eight different genus,HPV-negative patients group is mainly Lactobacillus genus,and HPV-positive patients group mainly Gardnerella,Megasphaera,Haemophilus,Chlamydia these genus,oral administration of Chinese medicine after active treatment HPV negative patients group sneatha dominated.4.The study found that HPV-positive group,HPV-negative group of vaginal microbial community flora in absolute abundance and relative abundance of significant differences.5.The study found that HPV-positive patients with vaginal microbial community total number of species diversity is more abundant than HPV-negative patients,after oral administration of Chinese medicine in patients with positive HPV negative after treatment of microbial diversity index,the total number of species in the positive group,the negative group between.6.The study found that Chinese medicine intervention group and interferon follow-up group can reduce HPV DNA viral load,reduce clinical symptom scores,reduce TCM syndrome score.7.The study found that Chinese medicine group in reducing TCM syndromes,HPV negative rate and the total effective rate is better than interferon group.Conclusion:1.HPV infection is closely related to the vaginal microenvironment,especially when changes in flora diversity,total species,etc.are easily infected with HPV,causing related cervical diseases.2.The dominant bacteria in vaginal microflora in this study,there is no specific bacteria can be used as a normal female and HPV infection in patients with specific markers genus,but we can see that six bacterial families and eight bacteria genus Closely related to HPV infection.3.Oral use of topical Chinese medicines participates in the regulation of the vaginal microenvironment,so that the vaginal microflora is reconstructed or tends to be reconstructed.4.Oral administration of topical Chinese medicine and interferon to treat HPV-positive patients can effectively reduce HPV viral load,improve clinical symptoms,and improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.5.Oral administration of Chinese medicine than interferon can significantly improve the HPV negative rate and cure rate.
