Clinical Research On Simple Obesity Treated By The Acupuncture Treatment Of Wenyang Xiaozhuo

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Wenyang Xiaozhuo acupuncture in treating Spleen kidney Yang deficiency simple obesity and its effect on fasting blood lipid.Methods:66 patients who met the criteria of Spleen kidney Yang deficiency simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups,33 in control group and 33 in treatment group.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture with Wenyang Xiaozhuo,the combination of the acupoints are Zhangmen,Rangu,Zhongwan,Yinlingquan,Zhigou,Jianshi,Taichong.The control group was treated by acupuncture with "8 points around umbilicus" the combination of the acupoints are bilateral huaroumen,tianshu,wailing and shuifen,yinjiao.Three treatments per week,ten treatments counted as a course,total treatment three courses.Before and after the end of the total course of treatment,Both groups were to be recorded according to the proposed evaluation of efficacy,including clinical indicators(Weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference)and laboratory indicators(Serum total cholesterol TC,triglyceride TG,high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C,low density lipoprotein cholesterol LDL-C),and the recorded data was analyzed by statistical software SPSS 20.0 for Windows.Results:①Before and after treatment,The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).About laboratory indicators,TC and TG in the treatment group had statistical significant differences(P<0.05),but HDL-C and LDL-C had no statistical differences,while the control group was only in the decline of TG had statistical difference before treatment and after three courses of treatment(P<0.05).②The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).③After all the treatments,between the two groups,there were significant differences in weight,BMI and hip circumference(P<0.05).but no statistical difference in waist circumference.TC tested by rank,P<0.05,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups,however,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C tested by rank,P>0.05,had no statistical differences.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Wenyang Xiaozhuo acupuncture treatment of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency simple obesity patients is more significant than the "8 points around umbilicus".Its advantages include the loss of weight,BMl and hip circumference.Moreover,TC and TG index of patients can be significantly reduced by wenyang xiaozhuo,which affects the metabolism of blood lipid in patients with Spleen kidney Yang deficiency.Therefore,clinical treatment should pay attention to the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation of TCM characteristics.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,establish appropriate principle of treatment and according to the principle,choose the corresponding acupuncture prescription for treatment,only the treatment principle is determined according to the syndrome type,the prescription is chosen according to the treatment principle,the distal and local acupoints cooperate with each other,can achieve good results.
