Research On Current Situation And Resolution Of Scientific And Technological Transfer In Large General Hospital

Transformation of scientific and technological achievements plays the most important role in technological innovation.It is the core part of new technologies and new inventions to realize the economic value created by science and technology.Scientific research in large general hospitals is the driving force for the sustained development of hospitals.Paying more attention to the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements in large general hospitals has a very long-term impact on promoting the development of medical treatment and scientific research.Objective:The selected Sample Hospital is the largest comprehensive third-class hospital in the province that integrates medical treatment,teaching and scientific research.By analyzing the circumstances of scientific and technological achievements in hospital and organizing an investigation and interview on the attitude of personnel in transforming achievements,this paper finds out and analyzes the problems of scientific and technological achievements,then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in large general hospitals.Methods: Consult the relevant documents and study the connotation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements by using the literature analysis.Make the statistical description on scientific and technological achievements of the hospital between 2011 and 2015 according to the first writer’s gender,title,age,department,etc by using Excel.The self-designed questionnaire and interview outline are used to analyze the question of hospital achievement transformation,and then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Results: Through the analysis of hospital scientific research results,it is foundthat there is a low value of hospital scientific and technological achievements,showed as the low IF of SCI papers,the decreasing proportion of invention patents year by year,and the scientific research results with rewards are mostly municipal and departmental.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,we found that the transformation ability of hospital achievements is insufficient,which is mainly due to the weak consciousness of transformation of personnel,the imperfect incentive mechanism of hospitals,and the insufficient support for the transformation from hospital,lack of ability of technology intermediary service system as well.Conclusions: The insufficient transformation of hospital scientific and technological achievements should be done by establishing a market-oriented scientific research system,setting up a high level team of scientific talents,strengthening the guidance of the transformation from hospital and perfecting the evaluation and incentive mechanism.In addition,perfect the intermediary service system and create a good environment for the transformation of achievements will also make a significant effect.
