Clinical Observation Of The Efficacy Of The Comprehensive Uighur Medical Treatment On Abnormal Balgham Type Uterine Tumor

Objective: Objective evaluation of the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive Uighur medical treatment on abnormal balgham type uterine tumor by comparing the Uighur medical syndrome and tumor size before and after the treatment.Investigation of the mechanism of the comprehensive Uighur medical treatment on abnormal balgham type uterine tumor by combining the Uighur medicine theory and modern pharmacological research results,to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methodology: 56 cases of abnormal balgam type uterine tumor were treated with comprehensive Uighur medicine according to careful diagnosis,syndrome differentiations,inclusion and the exclusion criteria during the time period of October 2016 to November 2017.A course of treatment was referenced as three menstrual cycles.Uighur medical syndrome and uterine tumor size were observed before and after the treatment.Results were analyzed statistically by SPSS20.0 software,and determined the efficacy accordingly.Results: After a course of treatment,efficacy of comprehensive Uighur medical treatment on uterine tumor and its size were statistically significant(P<0.001).The cure rate was 16.1%,the significant efficiency rate was 19.6%,the efficiency rate was 30.4%,the total inefficiency and efficiency rates were 33.8%and 66.1%,respectively.For Uighur medical syndrome,the cure rate was 23.2%,the significant efficiency rate was 25%,the efficiency rate was 37.5%,the total inefficiency and efficiency rates were 14.13%and 85.7%,respectively.The patient’s age,times of pregnancy and course of disease had no significant effects on the curative efficacy,but the number of tumors had significant effects.Conclusions: The comprehensive Uighur medical treatment can improve the Uighur medical syndrome of the patients with astringent mucinous type uterine tumor;2The comprehensive Uighur medical treatment has the effect of reducing the volume of the uterine tumor;The efficacy of the combined prescriptions and modern pharmacological research show that the comprehensive Uighur medical treatment has effects of regulating the temperament,restoration of the humor balance,opening the ancestral,expelling of the wind and cold,regulating the apoptosis and enhancing the immune system,and also has significant clinical efficacy for treating the uterine tumor.
