Loufan County Village Doctor Training Status Problems And Countermeasure Study

With the continuous promotion of the new medical reform with the integration of county and township as the main content,the grass-roots medical institutions assume and play an increasingly important role.Strengthening the construction of grassroots health professionals represented by rural doctors is particularly important.Based on the investigation and analysis of the training status and needs of some rural doctors in Loufan County,this paper summarizes the existing problems in training,and puts forward improvement measures and suggestions,so as to provide decision-making basis and policy recommendations for scientific personnel training plan.Based on the division of Loufan County,80 village doctors in 8 towns under Loufan county were selected as the subjects.Questionnaires were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the basic situation,education level,training situation and training needs of rural doctors.The survey found that the age of rural doctors is basically reasonable,the quantity can meet the needs of rural health care,but the professional quality is not high.The qualification of rural doctors is limited,the total training times are few,the training level is not high,the training form is single,and the training effect is poor.Governments at all levels should take the construction of rural rural doctors as the focus of rural public health work and investment,the establishment of specialized training channels of rural grassroots health professionals,the implementation of rural doctors training plan,strengthen the organization and leadership of the village doctors training work,pay attention to methods and forms of rural doctors training,strengthen the training of rural doctors working on training quality management.
