A Study On Marxist Concept Of Culture And Its Contemporary Values

As the founder of Western Marxism,George Lukacs has played a pioneering role in the development of Western Marxism.Lukacs in 1923 published "History and Class Consciousness" focus on elucidation of a book on the theory of materialization and materialization consciousness,Marx published in the decade after finishing the 1844 Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of the elucidation of the alienation theory slightly similarities.Lukacs was not read Marx’s Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844"has come to similar conclusions and Marx,which caused a sensation in academia,in the ensuing 70 years,scholars have never stopped the study of Marx Theory of Alienation and Lukacs’Mterialization theory.This article organized and explored the alienation in Marx’s classic,the materialization in Lukacs’ classic,analyzed the similarities and differences of their theories.In the study of Marxist philosophy,the issue of alienation is not only a basic question,but also a hot issue,and even a real problem.In today’s society,the phenomenon of alienation exists in the economic,political,cultural and other fields,not only Marx described alienation still exists,and alienation has generated many new forms of development.Productivity is still not fully developed in China,the alienation of the negative impact of a serious impediment to the development of socialist society,therefore,we must pay attention to the alienation.Learning and mastering the connotation and essence of the Marx’s theory of alienation and Lukacs’ theory of materialization,and clearly its limitations,will not only help our in-depth understanding and objective evaluation of the theoretical ideas of Western Marxism and its various schools,and help us correct understanding of alienation and its underlying essence of the theory,and can guide us to seek an effective way to build a reasonable social system against alienation.
