The children's social perspective taking means the ability of 3 to 6-year old children to put themselves in the shoes of others, distinguish their own views from others and understand others.Children's problem behaviors refer to the behavior of children aged 3 to 6 in their development process, which is not consistent to their age, environment and identity, influences their personal development and brings trouble to their family and partners. Both of the two mentioned above play an essential role in the development process of children. With the release of the two-child policy,a large number of children will appear in China, and their healthy growth is closely associated with the ability of social perspective taking and whether they have problem behaviors or not. Therefore, the research aims to explore the development level of children's social perspective taking ability,as well as its relation with children's problem behaviors. The research,by means of questionnaire and cluster sampling, selected 100 children from a kindergarten in the city of Shijiazhuang to complete the scales.By statistical analysis on the 92 valid questionnaires, conclusions are made as following:(1)One,the total score and various dimensions of children's perspective taking ability vary among different ages, sexes and classes.Meanwhile, elder children acquire higher scores;girls generally scores higher than boys;children in regular class scores higher than those in mixed-age class.(2)Two,the total score and various dimensions of children's problem behaviors vary in different sexes.Boys generally make more problems behaviors than girls, while there are no apparent differences between boys and girls of different ages and class types.(3)Three,there is a negative correlation between children's social perspective ability and problem behaviors in terms of the total score and various dimensions.Children with higher scores of perspective taking ability are less likely to make problem behaviors.(4)Four,children's social perspective ability has a negative predictive effect on their problem behaviors. If children have better perspective taking ability, there is lowerpossibility for them to conduct problem behaviors;otherwise, the possibility will be higher.
