In recent years,campus violence,including secondary vocational schools,has occurred,and on the rise,due to mental health reasons for the emergence of a variety of psychological and behavioral deviation of vocational students(hereinafter referred to as vocational students)more and more Many social concern for such a class of students is also increasing.There are many factors that affect the mental health of secondary vocational school students.Parental rearing is one of the most important factors.In this paper,332 secondary vocational school students of Gezhouba Water Conservancy and Hydropower College are studied to understand the relationship between parental rearing styles and mental health.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1,the mental health status of the secondary vocational school students is not good,22%of the secondary vocational school survival in psychological problems.2,urban and rural household registration of the mental health level of the difference is not obvious.3,parenting style of the secondary vocational school students in preference to be tested in this dimension there is no difference in emotional warmth,understanding,severe punishment,excessive interference,refused to deny that there are significant differences in the four dimensions.4,urban and rural household registration in the F2(punishment severe)on a significant difference,while in other dimensions,the urban and rural household registration in vocational school students parenting style is not much difference.5,parental rearing styles,F1(emotional warmth,understanding)and interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,psychosis was significantly negatively correlated;F2(excessive interference),F3(punishment,severe),F4(rejection,denial)and SCL-90 factors were significantly positive correlation;F6(preference subjects)was significantly positively correlated with somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,horror,and paranoia.M2(excessive interference),M4(rejection,denial)and SCL-90 factors were significantly positive correlation;M3(punishment,emotional,warmth and understanding)and somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,(P<0.05),but there was no significant correlation with other factors except M(P<0.05),but not with obsessive-compulsive symptoms.
