Research On Rural Cultural Construction

The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers has always been a major theoretical and practical problem that plagues China’s social and economic development.Actively promote the new rural culture construction,is the socialist new rural construction is an important content.Rural cultural construction is an important aspect of the construction of new socialist countryside,and it is the inherent requirement of building a well-off society in an all-round way.Xingtai County,Hebei Province,as a large agricultural county,with a history of 3500 years.Through the investigation of the local survey and the questionnaire of the rural culture construction in Xingtai County,Hebei Province,and the interviews with some villagers and the staff of the Xingtai County Cultural Bureau and the Environmental Protection Bureau,it was learned that the corresponding government in Xingtai County called for some culture Activities,but the overall cultural construction is relatively backward,the rural bookstore and stage can not reach the village;bath and garbage dumps and other facilities can not reach the two village one standard;rural cultural and recreational activities of a single way.It is found that the difficulties in the construction of rural culture in Xingtai County are mainly due to the lack of government capital investment,the lack of public facilities in rural areas and the improper maintenance,the lack of interaction between the main body of cultural construction,the low cultural level of cultural construction,Less,cultural propaganda is not in place,economic and cultural development is not coordinated.In this regard,the following suggestions for the construction of rural culture in Xingtai County are as follows: to increase government investment in rural culture;to strengthen the construction and maintenance of rural infrastructure;to establish rural cultural team,to improve the quality of cultural construction;cultural construction with the cultural construction;To carry out a variety of cultural activities in the form of increased cultural propaganda;the development of the economy at the same time,promote cultural development;the development of Xingtai County rural culture.
