Action Research On The Construction Of Local Culture In Guanzhong Under The Context Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the 19 th Party Congress clearly points out that China should implement the strategy of revitalising the countryside.Unlike previous urban construction,rural construction needs to focus on the masses of farmers,take an endogenous path and fully respect the subjectivity of farmers.Cultural construction is not only the top priority of rural construction,but also a key link that can promote socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to be accepted by the general public.The culture of the village covenant,a unique and valuable cultural asset developed in rural areas of China,is a tool capable of local grassroots rural governance that is spontaneously discussed and formed by villagers in certain regions according to the actual situation in their villages.Exploring the cultural resources of the village covenant is an important step in bringing outstanding traditional cultural ideas and concepts to bear on the specific practice of rural governance.In the middle of the Northern Song Dynasty,the Lv’s were determined to change the backward social customs of the area,and established the Lv’s Village Covenant,which was based on the principles of ‘mutual advice on virtue and industry,regulation of faults,friendship between manners and customs,and compassion in times of trouble’.The Lv’s Country Covenant,which was based on the principle of “virtue and industry,mutual regulation of faults,friendship between manners and customs,and mutual compassion in times of trouble”,spread Confucianism to Guanzhong and even to the whole country,and had a positive impact on ancient Chinese village self-government.In recent years,the county government of Lantian County has been committed to the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture,and has launched a project on the inheritance of the village covenant,setting up a group on the village covenant.The author has conducted a comprehensive survey of the heritage project of the village covenant in Lantian County from the perspective of social work,selected two model villages for the implementation of the village covenant,Dongling Village and Huanggou Village,and conducted in-depth visits and surveys to compare the current situation of the promotion of the two model villages.
