The Research On The Construction Of Urban And Rural Public Cultural Service System In Suzhou

Since twenty-first Century,the reform of the administrative system in China has been developing in depth,and the construction of a perfect public service system has become an important direction of our government construction.Public cultural service system is an important part of public service system,establish and improve the system of public cultural services is to promote national culture and modernization of governance systems and governance capacity,but also to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses,to achieve people’s cultural rights.As a more economically developed region of the cultural city,Suzhou tried earlier in the construction of public cultural service system pilot,and achieved good results.But facing the new situation in the new era,Suzhou is also facing a lot of problems and deficiencies,summary of research and practice,rational analysis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,which have guiding significance for the optimization of the construction of urban and rural public cultural service system in Suzhou.Research and analysis of the typical case of Suzhou,for other cities in China to accelerate the development and improvement of public cultural services will also play a role model and reference.This article uses the literature research,questionnaire survey,individual interviews,data analysis and other methods,first of all,on the present situation and the experience of the construction of public cultural service system in urban and rural areas of Suzhou city and summarizes,then find out the current problems and reasons in the process of construction.Secondly,this paper summarizes the foreign experiences and practices of public cultural services on behalf of the state,the national advanced city experience and practice in the construction of public cultural service system analysis,put forward the Enlightenment of the Suzhou model.Finally,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further optimize the construction of urban and rural public cultural service system in Suzhou City,hoping to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of urban and rural public cultural service system in Suzhou City,also hope to have reference meaning of the research on the construction of more local public cultural service system.
